The project aims to develop innovative economy and increase the investment attractiveness of the City of Konin, by enabling citizens and entrepreneurs to use electronic public services, which are within the competence of the Municipal Office in Konin. The aim of the project is to create and improve the quality of public services and make available databases and metadata containing spatial information sets. The development of the geographical spatial information system GIS (kosit) is planned. To the individual groups of beneficiaries, certain benefits will be made available:- Citizens and entrepreneurs – legal and physical persons will be able to obtain information from the PZGiK, from the MPZP and from other registers, kept by the City.- Chambers (and other institutions of access to the services of inquiry and removal of services) will be available to the public expert and performer of surveying works, will be given access to the Investors’ Office, which facilitates them. Realizowany projekt ma na celu rozwój innowacyjnej gospodarki i podnoszenie atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej Miasta Konina, poprzez umożliwienie obywatelom i przedsiębiorcom korzystania z elektronicznych usług publicznych, znajdujących się w kompetencji Urzędu Miejskiego w Koninie. Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie i poprawa jakości usług publicznych oraz udostępnianie baz danych i metadanych zawierających zbiory informacji przestrzennej. Planowany jest rozwój geograficznego systemu informacji przestrzennej GIS (KoSIT). Dodatkowo projekt zapewni rozwój elektronicznych systemów obsługi obywateli oraz systemów wspomagających funkcjonowanie administracji publicznej.Poszczególnym grupom beneficjentów udostępnione będą określone korzyści:- Obywatele i przedsiębiorcy - osoby prawne i fizyczne będą mogły uzyskać informacje z PZGiK, z MPZP oraz z innych rejestrów, prowadzonych przez Miasto.- Komornicy (oraz inne instytucje o charakterze śledczym i windykacyjnym), rzeczoznawcy i wykonawcy prac geodezyjnych otrzymają dostęp do pzgik, co ułatwi im wykonywanie zadań zawodowych.- Projektanci lub inwestorzy, uzyskają możliwość zdalnego udziału w naradach koordynacyjnych usytuowania projektowanej sieci uzbrojenia terenu.Odbiorcą projektu będzie także administracja publiczna.Uruchomione zostaną e-usługi:Usługa pobrania wypisu i wyrysu z mpzp (4. poziomu)Usługi udostępniania danych z pzgik (4 usługi, każda 4. poziomu)Usługa umożliwiająca zgłaszanie prac geodezyjnych lub kartograficznych (5. poziomu)Usługa umożliwiająca zdalny udział w naradach koordynacyjnych (3. poziomu)Usługa dostępu do informacji publicznej na mapie internetowej (1. poziomu)Usługa wsparcia partycypacji społecznej (2. poziomu)Usługa wydania zezwolenia na usunięcie drzew i krzewów (3. poziomu)Usługa uzyskania zezwolenia na sprzedaż napojów alkoholowych przeznaczonych do spożycia poza miejscem sprzedaży (3. poziomu)Usługa udzielania informacji o środowisku i jego ochronie (1. poziomu) (Polish)
