The project involves the implementation of innovative product manufacturing technology to the company using a fully automated equipment for the production of metal gutter connectors as well as metal tube clamps. The new technology in the form of a controlled, multi-slide CNC device for the production of clamps and fittings will allow increased flexibility in product production, which will increase productivity in comparison with the machines currently used (more production speed and greater possibilities of modifying the parameters of the manufactured products, which will increase our competitiveness on the Polish and foreign markets). As part of the project, a machine will be purchased, which is a functional combination of the equipment currently in use. Innovation will consist, in particular, of integrating all current production activities into a single machine-controlled process. In addition, it will be possible to produce completely new products (metal articles), which was not possible with the current technology. Part of the purchase will be the implementation of the machine through its installation in the Applicant’s facility, as well as programming for the execution of the first orders. The cost of the device (at the stage of applying for funding determined at PLN 1,350 thousand net) which was estimated at the stage of the analysis of possible solutions on the market, covers all the elements presented above, starting from the purchase of the device, through its adaptation to the specific characteristics of the company, to installing the device in the specified place and testing the correctness of operation. As the device is fully autonomous and automated, there is no need to build or adapt the premises. As a result, the purchase of the machine is the only element of the planned investment. Projekt obejmuje wdrożenie do przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjnej technologii wytwarzania produktów z wykorzystaniem w pełni zautomatyzowanego urządzenia do produkcji metalowych złączek do rynien, jak również metalowych obejm do rur. Nowa technologia w postaci sterowanego, wielosuwakowego urządzenia CNC do produkcji obejm i złączek będzie umożliwiała zwiększenie elastyczności wytwarzania produktów, co w porównaniu z obecnie wykorzystywanymi maszynami, zwiększy wydajność pracy (większa szybkość wytwarzania oraz większe możliwości modyfikacji parametrów wytwarzanych produktów, co zwiększy naszą konkurencyjność na rynku polskim i zagranicznym). W ramach projektu zakupiona zostanie maszyna, stanowiąca połączenie funkcjonalne obecnie wykorzystywanych urządzeń. Innowacja będzie polegała w szczególności na zintegrowaniu wszystkich realizowanych obecnie działań produkcyjnych w jeden proces sterowany przez pojedynczą maszynę. Dodatkowo, możliwe będzie wytwarzanie zupełnie nowych produktów (artykuły metalowe), co przy obecnie wykorzystywanej technologii nie było możliwe. Elementem zakupu będzie wdrożenie maszyny poprzez jej zainstalowanie w obiekcie Wnioskodawcy, a także zaprogramowanie do realizacji pierwszych zleceń. Koszt urządzenia (na etapie aplikowania o dofinansowanie określony na 1.350 tys. zł netto) jaki został oszacowany na etapie analizy możliwych do zastosowania rozwiązań na rynku, obejmuje wszystkie przedstawione wyżej elementy, począwszy od zakupu urządzenia, poprzez jego dostosowanie do specyfiki produkcyjnej przedsiębiorstwa, a skończywszy na zainstalowaniu urządzenia we wskazanym miejscu i przetestowaniu poprawności działania. Jako, że urządzenie jest w pełni autonomiczne i zautomatyzowane, nie ma konieczności budowy czy też dostosowywania pomieszczeń. Dzięki temu, zakup maszyny stanowi jedyny element planowanej inwestycji. (Polish)
