The processed mixture goes to the head with a compressed air connection to the blowout. Necessary for the manufacture of film – the manufacture of the product indicated in the application. RewindingThe film in the form of a sleeve (film balloon) is cooled at the section of the head – the receiving device, then in the form of a sleeve, half-handed or tape is wound onto cardboard sleeves (bobins, gills) on rewinding devices. The machine is used for rewinding the film and is perfectly balanced, the machine does not vibrate, stabilises the product, and its elements are of the highest quality – rewinding accuracy. All these actions will consist of a coherent, logical and targeted arrangement of harmonised and coordinated actions for the objectives described above. Ich integracja i wyposażenie firmy w nie pozwoli na rozpoczęcie produkcji nowych na skalę światową produktów. Wytłaczarka do foliiProces rozpoczyna się w nagrzanym do 160–230 stopni Celsjusza cylindrze (ślimaku) wytłaczarki, gdzie następuje mieszanie tworzyw wchodzących w skład mieszanki, z której powstaje folia. Przetworzona mieszanka trafia do głowicy z przyłączem sprężonego powietrza do rozdmuchu. Niezbędna w celu wytwarzania folii – wytwarzania produktu wskazanego we wniosku.
