Celem głównym projektu jest reintegracja społ -zawodowa 40 osób zagrożonych wykl społ z terenu gminy Pisz do dn. 31.07.2019 r. poprzez finansowanie działań aktywizujących w KIS. Cel główny realizowany będzie poprzez cele szczegółowe projektu: - integracja społeczna 40 UP do dn 31.07.2019 r - integracja zawodowa 40 UP do dn 31.07.2019 r. -integracja edukacyjna 40 UP dn.31.07.2019 r. - integracja zdrowotna 40 UP do dn 31.07.2019 r. -poprawa sytuacji materialnej 40 UP poprzez wsparcie finansowe do dn 31.07.2019 r. - wsparcie Klubu Integracji Społecznej poprze finansowanie wsparcia dla UP do dn 31.07.2019 r. Ww. cele realizowane będą poprzez działania aktywizujące na rzecz wsparcia UP i ich otoczenia. W projekcie zaplanowano osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników: Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ objętych wsparciem w programie – 40 os Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie – 2 os Wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl społ pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) –10 os Liczba os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklspoł poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu –13 os Liczba os zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykl społ, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu –34 os Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudn. w wymiarze społecznym – 34% Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej -22% Wsparciem obejmiemy 40 osób ( 20 osób w każdym roku), w tym 30 K, 10 M.
