The main objective of the PROJECT is to increase to 31.12.2019 the capacity and the possibility of self-employment of 44 persons (26K/18M) aged 30 years and over, residing within the meaning of the KC in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship, who remain unemployed [22K/9M) and 22 inactive persons (13K/9M) who are in a special situation in the labour market, including:-26 women-min 10 persons aged 50 years and more (6K-4M) and more. GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2019 zdolności i możliwości samozatrudnienia 44 osób (26K/18M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC na obszarze województwa wielkopolskiego, pozostających bez zatrudnienia [22 bezrobotnych(13K/9M) i 22 biernych zawodowo(13K/9M)], znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym:- 26 kobiet- min.10 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej(6K/4M)- min.4 osoby niepełnosprawne(2K/2M)- min.12 długotrwale bezrobotnych(7K/5M) - min.18 o niskich kwalifikacjach(11K/7M),z których 35(21K/14M) założy dzięki środkom EFS działalność gospodarczą i poprowadzi ją przez min.12 miesięcy oraz utworzy w tym okresie min.5 dodatkowych miejsc pracy. Wśród utworzonych nowych miejsc pracy min.15% będzie w sektorze OZE oraz min.15% w branżach zidentyfikowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwojowym lub branżach strategicznych dla danego regionu (w ramach smart specialisation).Osiągnięcie celu zapewnią kompleksowe działania zaplanowane w ramach projektu:- Rekrutacja do projektu obejmująca m.in. diagnozę kompetencji zawodowych w zakresie prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej- Realizacja wsparcia szkoleniowo-doradczego przygotowującego do założenia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej- Przyznanie wsparcia finansowego w postaci dotacji bezzwrotnych na rozpoczęcie działalności- Wsparcie pomostowe – finansowe oraz w postaci indywidualnych usług doradczych o charakterze specjalistycznymRezultatem realizacji projektu będzie m.in. utworzenie min. 40 nowych miejsc pracy w ramach środków EFS na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, w tym min. 6 w sektorze OZE i min. 6 w branżach zidentyfikowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwojowym lub branżach strategicznych dla danego regionu (w ramach smart specialisation), czy też pozytywna ocena wsparcia rozwojowego otrzymanego po utworzeniu działalności przez min. 33 przedsiębiorców w projekcie.Projekt realizowany w okresie 02.05.2018-31.12.2019.
