    Celem gł. projektu zaplanowanym do 30.06.2019r. jest aktywizacja zawodowa min.80 ze 135 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (min.30%K), biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych (w tym dł. bezrobotnych) w powyżej 29 r.ż. mieszkańców Subregionu Pilskiego, przez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wzmocnienie ich kompetencji zawodowych, umożliwienie zdobycia dośw. zawodowego (przez staże w branżach uznanych za rozwojowe dla reg. rynku pracy), przekładające się na podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 36% UP. Założono: *identyfikację potrzeb UP, w tym diagnozowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych i możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego (810h prac doradczych, 6h/UP) oraz opr. lub aktualizację IPD (675h prac doradczych, 5h/IPD) [Zad.1] *pośrednictwo pracy (675h pracy pośrednika, 5h/UP) [Zad.2] *mentoring (1350h prac mentorów, 10h/UP) [Zad.5] *staże (400 osobomiesięcy) [zad.4] dla 49 UP objętych wsparciem w latach 2017-2018 i max 35 UP w roku 2019 *szkolenia zawodowe (opis poniżej) [Zad.3] dla 69 UP objętych wsparciem w latach 2017-2018 i max 35 UP w roku 2019 *dofinansowanie przejazdów z miejsca zamieszkania do miejsca szkolenia [Zad.3], stażu [Zad.4] Wszystkie szkolenia zawodowe będą prowadzić do nabycia/podniesienia kwalifikacji zawod., i będą dotyczyć: - branż zidentyfikowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwojowym i/lub branż strategicznych dla danego regionu (w ramach smart specialisation) i/lub - branż, które zostaną określone jako przyszłościowe/rozwojowe/strategiczne dla regionalnego rynku pracy w badaniach prowadzonych przez WORP (m.in. Budowlanej, meblarskiej) i/lub - zawodów deficytowych wynikających z badań PUP. Przykładowe szkolenia: *Kurs spawania (metoda MAG–TIG) [250h/UP;6UP] *Kurs magazyniera z obsługą wózka jezdniowego [160h/UP, 6UP] *Kurs obsługi koparko-ładowarki [202h/UP,7UP] *Kursy wynikające z IPD UP (nie wpisujące się w tematy ujęte w pkt 1-3, np. kurs tapicerowania, AutoCad–dla branży meblarskiej, kurs instalatora OZE/fotowoltaika, pompy ciepła), średnio [120h/UP, 81UP] (Polish)
