Projekt jest skierowany do 52 osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia. Wsparciem w projekcie objęte będą osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz 50+. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie powiatów jarocińskiego, ostrowskiego, pleszewskiego i średzkiego.Celem projektu jest integrowanie niepracujących osób ze środowiskiem zawodowym i edukowanie poprzez zróżnicowane działania aktywizujące, dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb.Każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty indywidualnym wsparciem doradcy zawodowego, czego wynikiem będzie wybór ścieżki wsparcia, dopasowanej do potrzeb i możliwości uczestnika. Każdy będzie miał możliwość skorzystania z jednej lub więcej form wsparcia określonych w projekcie.Uczestnik będzie mógł zdobyć nowe kwalifikacje lub kompetencje zawodowe poprzez udział w kursach i szkoleniach, które będą zgodne aktualnymi potrzebami rynku pracy i, które pozwolą mu sprawniej funkcjonować w życiu zawodowym.Wybrani uczestnicy będą mogli zdobyć nowe lub uaktualnić swoje doświadczenia zawodowe i umiejętności praktyczne dzięki udziałowi w stażach. W wyniku odbycia stażu uczestnicy przezwyciężą jeden z problemów na rynku pracy, czyli brak aktualnego doświadczenia zawodowego.Wszyscy uczestnicy wezmą również udział w warsztatach kompetencji społecznych, które mają na celu przełamywanie barier osobowościowych, które utrudniają funkcjonowanie w życiu zawodowym. Z kolei na warsztaty poszukiwania pracy, pomogą uczestnikom odświeżyć swoją wiedzę i zdobyć umiejętności skutecznego poszukiwania pracy.W projekcie zaplanowano również aktywną rolę pośrednika pracy w poszukiwaniu ofert pracy, kojarzeniu pracodawców i uczestników projektu.Główne rezultaty proj. to m.in. przygotowanie IPD dla 52 osób, 42 osoby objęte szkoleniami zawodowymi, 25 osób, która weźmie udział w stażach zawodowych, efektywność zatrudnieniowa 30-39%. The project is aimed at 52 unemployed and inactive people over the age of 29. The project will support the long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, low-skilled people and 50+. The project will be implemented in the districts of Jarocin, Ostrowski, Pleszewski and Średzki.The aim of the project is to integrate non-working people into the professional environment and educate through diverse activising activities tailored to their individual needs.Each participant will be supported by a professional advisor, resulting in a selection of support paths tailored to the needs and opportunities of the participant. Everyone will be able to benefit from one or more forms of support specified in the project.The participant will be able to acquire new qualifications or professional competences by participating in courses and trainings that are compatible with current labour market needs and which allow them to function more efficiently in their professional life.The selected participants will be able to acquire new or update their professional experience and practical skills through participation in traineeships. As a result of the internship, participants will overcome one of the problems on the labour market, i.e. lack of current professional experience.All participants will also take part in workshops of social competences, which aim to overcome personality barriers that hinder functioning in professional life. In turn, they will help the participants to refresh their knowledge and gain effective job search skills.The project also includes an active role as a job intermediary in finding job offers, associating employers and project participants.The main results of the project include preparation of IPD for 52 people, 42 people covered by vocational training, 25 people who will take part in professional internships, employment efficiency 30-39 %.
