The aim of the project is to modernise the municipal waste sorting plant, including those from selective collection located on the premises of the transhipment station together with the waste sorting plant in Działdów on ul. Industrial 61. The scope of the investment includes the extension of the Sort Plant facility and the modernisation of the technology line for sorting. As a result of the modernisation, the size of the sorting plant will be increased by 1151 m², at the expense of hardened areas. The implementation of the investment will allow the sorting of waste in the amount of 35 000 Mg/year, including 30 000 Mg/year of mixed waste and 5 000 Mg/year of selectively collected waste. The project covers: 1. Selection of contractors. 2. Signing contracts with contractors. 3. Implementation of construction works together with construction supervision, purchase, assembly and implementation of the technological line, promotion of the project. 4. Start of use Sortyard confirmed by Integrated Permit. The project is in line with objective 6 of WiM ROP 2014-2020 “Preserving and protecting the natural environment and promoting resource efficiency”, Investment Priority 6a “Investing in the waste management sector to meet the obligations set out in the Union’s environmental acquis and to meet the investment needs set out by the Member States beyond these commitments”.     Przedmiotem projektu jest zmodernizowanie Sortowni odpadów komunalnych w tym pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki zlokalizowanej na terenie Stacji Przeładunkowej wraz z Sortownią odpadów w Działdowie przy ul. Przemysłowej 61. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje rozbudowę obiektu Sortowni oraz modernizację linii technologicznej do sortowania. W efekcie modernizacji wielkość budynku sortowni powiększy się o 1151 m2, kosztem terenów utwardzonych. Realizacja inwestycji umożliwi sortowanie odpadów w ilości 35 000 Mg/rok, w tym 30 000 Mg/rok odpadów zmieszanych i 5 000 Mg/rok odpadów selektywnie zbieranych. Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje: 1. Wybór wykonawców. 2. Podpisanie umów z wykonawcami. 3. Realizację prac budowlanych wraz z nadzorem budowlanym, zakup, montaż i wdrożenie linii technologicznej, promocję projektu. 4. Rozpoczęcie użytkowania Sortowni potwierdzone Pozwoleniem Zintegrowanym. Projekt jest zgodny z celem 6 RPO WiM 2014-2020 „Zachowanie i ochrona środowiska przyrodniczego oraz wspieranie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami”, Priorytet inwestycyjny 6a „Inwestowanie w sektor gospodarki odpadami celem wypełnienia zobowiązań określonych w dorobku prawnym Unii w zakresie środowiska oraz zaspokojenie wykraczających poza te zobowiązania potrzeb inwestycyjnych, określonych przez państwa członkowskie”.
