The subject of the project is a deep, comprehensive thermal modernisation of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Sappers 9-11 in Elbląg on plot No 584/1 of area 18 being in Housing Community resources No 40. According to the energy audit of the facility and the construction project to achieve optimal energy parameters for the objects, it is necessary to implement the following material range of thermal retrofitting works for the building: —• Modernisation of the slab over an unheated cellar • Modernisation of the bulkhead Outside wall gr.38 cm • Modernisation of the bulkhead gr.44 cm • Modernisation of the partition About 2 stairways ‘Gravitational ventilation’ • Modernisation of the partition DZ ‘Gravitational ventilation’ • Modernisation of the partition Roof over the attic • Vertical isolation of the basement walls with modernisation of the basement windows. • Replacement of interior lighting with LED. These tasks will be implemented through: —Initiation of tender procedure – Signing of a grant agreement -Project implementation -Project settlement The objectives of the project are also consistent with the horizontal objectives set for projects of this type in the WiM ROP for the years 2014-2020. The specific objective of the investment priority 4 is “Increased energy efficiency of residential and public buildings”. The project therefore responds to the main and specific objective of priority 4, as a result of the planned investment, energy consumption will decrease and the demand for heat (energy-intensity) in housing will be reduced. The project is in line with the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 due to the assumed energy efficiency in the housing sector achieved as a result of deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of multi-family buildings used for housing.     Przedmiotem projektu jest projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego zlokalizowanego przy ul. Saperów 9-11 w Elblągu na działce nr 584/1 obręb 18 będącego w zasobach Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej nr 40. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu i projektem budowlanym dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektów parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych dla budynku: -• Modernizacja przegrody Strop nad nieogrzewaną piwnicą • Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna gr.38 cm • Modernizacja przegrody Ściana zewnętrzna gr.44 cm • Modernizacja przegrody O 2 klatki schodowe 'Wentylacja grawitacyjna' • Modernizacja przegrody DZ 'Wentylacja grawitacyjna' • Modernizacja przegrody Dach nad poddaszem użytkowym • Izolacja pionowa ścian piwnicy wraz z modernizacją okien piwnicy. • Wymiana oświetlenia wewnętrznego na LED. Zadania te zostaną wdrożone dzięki: -Wszczęciu postępowania ofertowego -Podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie -Realizacja projektu -Rozliczenie projektu Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020. Celem szczegółowym priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4 jest „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych oraz użyteczności publicznej”. Przedsięwzięcie stanowi więc odpowiedź na cel główny i szczegółowy priorytetu 4, w rezultacie zaplanowanej inwestycji obniżeniu ulegnie zużycie energii oraz zmniejszy się zapotrzebowanie na ciepło (energochłonność) w zabudowie mieszkaniowej. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 z uwagi na założoną racjonalizację zużycia energii w sektorze mieszkalnictwa osiągniętą w efekcie głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków wielorodzinnych wykorzystywanych na cele mieszkaniowe.
