The project envisages the development of ICT in the Public Services provided by the Beneficiary through an increase in the number of eServices, their advancement, the development of e-services, the modernisation of systems and the streamlining and optimisation of processes related to their delivery. The project has a very positive impact on the economic sphere of the region. E-services, personalised, for all target groups will introduce facilitation for doing business and the possibility of dealing with matters. The project demonstrates social benefits and deserves most funding. The aim of the Project is to extend the scope of matters which Residents, Entrepreneurs and persons staying outside the commune will be able to deal with through IT tools and the implementation of public digital services with the highest (5) levels of advancement. Digitalisation will also facilitate contact with administration and use of ICT. The project consists of implementing and launching eUServices in the field of operation of municipal public administration, for residents of the Beneficiary Commune, entrepreneurs, other persons handling official matters and A2A Service, internal administrative. E-services will be at the highest level of maturity and transactivity (personalisation), they will offer the possibility to deal with all matters online and make ePayment. eServices will be accessible via an electronic platform, integrated with e-PUAP and Trusted Profile. The beneficiary’s infrastructure is to be upgraded to requirements related to the provision of eServices. Finally, an integrated, coherent system will be created to provide eServices. Projekt przewiduje rozwój TIK w Usługach publicznych świadczonych przez Beneficjenta, poprzez wzrost liczby eUsług, wzrost ich zaawansowania, rozwój e-usług, modernizację systemów oraz usprawnienia i optymalizację procesów związanych z ich świadczeniem. Projekt wnosi bardzo pozytywny wpływ na sferę gospodarczą regionu. E-usługi, spersonalizowane, dla wszystkich grup docelowych wprowadzą ułatwienia dla prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej a możliwość załatwiania spraw. Projekt wykazuje WYSOKIE KORZYŚCI SPOŁECZNE i jak najbardziej zasługuje na dofinansowanie. Celem Projektu jest rozszerzenie zakresu spraw, które Mieszkańcy, Przedsiębiorcy i osoby przebywające poza terenem gminy będą mogli załatwić przez narzędzia IT oraz wdrażanie publicznych usług cyfrowych o najwyższych (5) poziomach zaawansowania. Elektronizacja ułatwi też kontakt z administracją i wykorzystanie TIK. Projekt polega na wdrożeniu i uruchomieniu eUsług z zakresu działania gminnej administracji publicznej, dla mieszkańców Gminy Beneficjenta, przedsiębiorców, innych osób załatwiających sprawy urzędowe oraz Usługi A2A, wewnątrzadministracyjne. E-usługi będą na najwyższym poziomem dojrzałości i transakcyjności (personalizacja), będą oferować możliwość załatwienia w całości spraw on-line oraz dokonania ePłatności. eUsługi będą dostępne poprzez elektroniczną platformę, zintegrowane z e-PUAP i Profilem zaufanym. Przewidziano modernizację infrastruktury Beneficjenta do wymogów związanych ze świadczeniem eUsług. Finalnie powstanie zintegrowany, spójny System, do świadczenia eUsług. Etapy projektu: zakup usługi inżyniera kontraktu, postępowania przetargowe, zakup sprzętu, zakup aplikacji d eUsług, uruchomienie eUsług, szkolenia, weryfikacja, audyt polityk bezpieczeństwa.
