The main objective of this project is to provide easier access to geodetic resources for citizens and businesses, and in particular for those using geodetic resources to carry out their activities and are entitled to use them under applicable law. This project assumes the digitisation of the poviat geodetic resource, modernisation of land and building records in Grodziczno Municipality, creation of a BDOT base500, modernisation of the high-rise warp for the district area, and thus the implementation of this project will improve the quality and availability of public sector resources. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the functioning of the administration in the form of improving the operation of the Department of Geodesy and Property of the District Starostwo in Nowy Miasto Lubawskie. Target of Priority Axis 3. The digital region is to increase the number and quality of electronic services and make public sector information available. Thanks to the implementation of the project by the Applicant, 13 new e-services will be implemented (2 services with maturity of 3, 5 services with maturity 4 and 6 services with maturity 5) guaranteeing high functionality for stakeholders (clients) using e-services. The modernised geoportal will comply with WCAG 2.0 at least AA level. The employees of the Starostwo will be trained in the service of implemented and shared e-services. The main stages of the project are: Stage I – preparation of the Feasibility Study. Stage II – selection and implementation of service providers: Contract engineer and Project Promotion. Stage III – selection and implementation of service providers: implementation of e-services, database creation, supervision and monitoring carried out by the monitoring and monitoring body on the quality of the data collected. Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest zapewnienie łatwiejszego dostępu do zasobów geodezyjnych dla obywateli i przedsiębiorców, a w szczególności dla podmiotów korzystających z zasobów geodezyjnych do prowadzenia swojej działalności i uprawnionych do korzystania z nich na podstawie przepisów obowiązującego prawa. Niniejszy projekt zakłada cyfryzację powiatowego zasobu geodezyjnego, modernizację ewidencji gruntów i budynków w Gminie Grodziczno, utworzenie bazy BDOT500, modernizacja osnowy wysokościowej dla terenu powiatu, a więc w wyniku jego przeprowadzenia nastąpi poprawa w jakości i dostępności zasobów sektora publicznego. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do usprawnienia funkcjonowania administracji pod postacią usprawnienia działania Wydziału Geodezji i Nieruchomości Starostwa Powiatowego w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim. Celem Osi Priorytetowej 3. Cyfrowy Region jest zwiększenie liczby oraz jakości usług udostępnianych w formie elektronicznej a także udostępnienie informacji sektora publicznego. Dzięki realizacji projektu przez Wnioskodawcę zostanie wdrożonych 13 nowych e-usług (2 usługi o dojrzałości 3, 5 usług o dojrzałości 4 oraz 6 usług o dojrzałości 5) gwarantujących wysoką funkcjonalność dla interesariuszy (klientów) korzystających z e-usług. Zmodernizowany geoportal będzie zgodny ze standardem WCAG 2.0 na poziomie co najmniej AA. Pracownicy Starostwa zostaną przeszkoleni z obsługi wdrożonych i udostępnionych e-usług. Główne etapy realizacji projektu: Etap I - przygotowanie Studium Wykonalności. Etap II - wyłonienie wykonawców usług oraz ich realizacja: Inżynier kontraktu oraz Promocja projektu. Etap III - wyłonienie wykonawców usług oraz ich realizacja: wdrożenie e-usług, tworzenie baz danych, nadzór i monitoring prowadzony przez podmiot monitorującą-kontrolujący w zakresie jakości gromadzonych danych. Etap IV - przeprowadzenie szkoleń pracowników. Etap V - zakończenie realizacji projektu poprzez złożenie wniosku o płatność końcową. (Polish)
