The project’s applicant is the Municipality of Wielbark. The general objective of the project is to improve the implementation of cases of a public nature by digitising administrative pr. on the territory of the municipality. The project envisages the following tasks/steps: — Developing a feasibility study, – Full supervision by the project engineer, – Implementation of ICT systems and launching e-services at levels 3 and 5 of maturity through the purchase of IT services and intangible assets, – Modernisation of structural wiring through the purchase of construction works – Purchase of fixed assets, i.e. necessary IT equipment and software, – Promotional measures. As a result of the above steps the ability of Wielbark Municipality to improve matters of a public nature by digitising administrative processes The project is consistent with the assumption of Priority Axis 3 – Digital Region defined in SZOOP RPO WiM, i.e. strengthening the use of ICT in publ services, through the development of e-services of the publ sector, providing information to the publ sector. The project plans to: — implementation of 16 e-services characterised by high reproducibility and high level of maturity – launching 3 ICT systems a. Central Platform E-services Resident, b. integrated domain system, c. electronic document circulation system, running systems will support the implementation of public tasks by the Wielbark Municipality and will have a positive impact on the broadening of customers’ access to information and resources of the office. The project will use the functionality of the national ePUAP platform. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the number of official matters handled electronically by the target group of the project – citizens and business from Wielbark commune, will increase, so that the administrative processes of the city will be streamlined and the official duties on the clients of the office will be simplified.     Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Gmina Wielbark. Celem ogólnym projektu jest usprawnienie realizacji spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację pr. administracyjnych na terenie działalności gminy. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację następujących zadań/etapów: - Opracowanie studium wykonalności, - Pełnienie nadzoru przez inżyniera projektu, - Wdrożenie systemów teleinformatycznych i uruchomienie e-usług na 3 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości poprzez zakup usług informatycznych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, - Modernizacje okablowania strukturalnego poprzez zakup robót budowlanych - Zakup środków trwałych, tj. niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i oprogramowania, - Działania promocyjne. W wyniku realizacji powyższych etapów zwiększona zostanie zdolność Gminy Wielbark do usprawnienia spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych Projekt zgodny jest z założeniem Osi Priorytetowej 3 – Cyfrowy Region określonym w SZOOP RPO WiM tj. wzmocnieniem zastosowania TIK w usługach publ., poprzez rozwój e-usług sektora publ., udostępnianie informacji sektora publ. W projekcie zaplanowano: - wdrożenie 16 e-usług charakteryzujących się wysokim walorem powtarzalności i wysokim poziomem dojrzałości – uruchomienie 3 systemów teleinformatycznych a. Centralna Platforma E-usług Mieszkańca, b. zintegrowany system dziedzinowy, c. elektroniczny system obiegu dokumentów, Uruchomione systemy będą wspomagały realizację zadań publicznych przez Gminę Wielbark i wpływać będą pozytywnie na poszerzenie dostępu klientów do informacji i zasobów urzędu. W ramach projektu zostanie wykorzystana funkcjonalność platformy krajowej ePUAP. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie liczba urzędowych spraw załatwianych elektronicznie przez grupę docelową projektu – obywateli i biznes z terenu Gminy Wielbark, dzięki czemu nastąpi usprawnienie procesów administracyjnych miasta i uproszczenie obowiązków urzędowych ciążących na klientach urzędu.
