Proj.przyczyni się do wzmocnienia pow. systemu kształcenia i szkolenia zawod. z rynkiem pracy oraz wzrostu jakości szkoleń służących zwiększeniu zdolności do zatrud. ucz./sł.tych placówek.Proj.będzie realiz. na terenie ZIT"(bis)Elbląg-na obszarze Gminy Miasto Elbląg,przy czym zasięg teryt. oddziaływania obejmie cały obszar ZIT(75,73%uczniów elbl. szkół zawod.jest z terenu ZIT).
