GRUPA DOCELOWA:Projekt skierowany jest do 120 osób (72 kobiet i 48 mężczyzn) bezrobotnych (96 uczestników) i biernych zawodowo (24 uczestników) w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego ( WW; w rozumieniu kodeksu cywilnego), które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy: kobiet (K), osób długotrwale bezrobotnych (ODB), osób z niepełnosprawnościami (ON), o niskich kwalifikacjach (ONK) i w wieku 50 lat i więcej (50+)CEL:Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 120 osób (72K i 48M) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zamieszkujących na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego w okresie 01/09/2018- 29/02/2020DZIAŁANIA:W ramach projektu uczestnicy zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem:identyfikacją potrzeb, IPD oraz poradnictwem zawodowymwsparciem psychologiczno-doradczymszkoleniami/kursami zawodowymistażami zawodowymipośrednictwem pracyzg. z zindywidualizowaną ścieżką wsparcia na podstawie potrzeb i możliwości uczestników.
