P. is aimed at os.fiches directly benefiting from ESF interventions over 29 years old from the area of war from the large Polish region in rural areas requiring support for development processes in accordance with reg.. The focal areas Intervenite-OSI [KP2]. P.assumes support to 25os for 496s (278K, 218M).The unemployed (412UP-231K, 181M), job seekers and inactive workers (84UP-47K, 37M), disadvantaged in the labour market, belonging to at least one of the following groups: — long-term unemployed (182UP) -women (278UP) -os.with disabilities (204UP) -os.aged 50 and over (85UP).Gł.purpose P. is the level playing field and the ability to bear. 496UP belonging to gr.c for the period 01.11.2016-31.10.2019 [KF2]. The result established in P. will result in the number of persons working, including the self-employed and those who have been eligible after the lower threshold. within P., each UP will receive comprehensive support, taking into account the full offer of support covering all forms of aid that will be identified with the UP in question, as necessary for the improvement of the sytem in the labour market or the acquisition of a part and the adaptation to ind the needs of the UP in IPD [KD4]. It consists of the identification of individual aid paths for each OP, including the identification of the needs of the osobes without bay, including the diagnosis of needs and opportunities for improvement. IPDs will be developed for each UP and each UP will be provided with the kidnapping including glazing of job search and support and job matching, which will determine the steps to be taken by the UP. Up to an indicator of at least [KD3]: -17 % for people with a disability of -35 % for the long-term unemployed (English)

    P. skierowany jest do os.fiz. bezpośrednio korzystających z interwencji EFS w wieku powyżej 29 lat z obszaru woj.wielkopolskiego zamieszkujących wiejskie obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych zgodnie z reg. Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji-OSI [KP2]. P.zakłada wsparcie akt.zaw. dla 496os (278K,218M).Gr.doc.stanowią os.bezrobotne(412UP-231K,181M), poszukujące pracy i bierne zaw.(84UP-47K,37M),defaworyzowane na rynku pracy,należące przynajmniej do jednej z poniższych grup:-os.długotrwale bezrobotne (182UP)-kobiety(278UP)-os.z niepełnosprawnościami(ON) (25UP)-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach (204UP)-os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej (85UP).Gł.celem P. jest wyższy poziom akt.zaw. oraz zdolności do zatr. 496UP należących do gr.doc. w okresie 01.11.2016-31.10.2019[KF2]. Rezultatem założonym w P. będzie liczba os.pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek oraz os.,które uzyskały kwalif. po opuszcz.progr.W ramach P. każdy z UP objęty zostanie kompleksowym wsparciem, uwzględniającym pełną ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u danego UP, jako niezbędne w celu poprawy syt. na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatr. i dostosowania do ind. potrzeb UP określonych w IPD[KD4]. Dla każdego UP zostanie opracowane IPD oraz każdy UP otrzyma por.zaw., w tym szk. z akt.poszukiwania pracy oraz wsparcie psych-dor oraz pośrednictwo pracy,a na ich podstawie ustalone zostaną kroki działania UP.
