Cel projektu: Podwyższona zdolność do zatrudnienia min. 90% z 72 osób (44 Kobiet oraz 28 Mężczyzn) bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących na wiejskich oszarach funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych powiatów: chodzieskiego, czarnkowsko-trzciańskiego, międzychodzkiego, wolsztyńskiego, nowotomyskiego, grodziskiego i kościanskiego, woj. wielkopolskiego w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego, powyżej 29 roku życia, osiągnięta dzięki kompleksowemu wsparciu, wynikającemu z indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników/uczestniczek udzielonemu w okresie 01.2017-01.2018r., prowadzącemu do podjęcia zatrudnienia przez minimum 26 osób. Grupa docelowa: 72 osoby bezrobotne, zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie WW w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego, 100% os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, powyżej 29 roku życia. Zadania: kompleksowe wsparcie dla 72 os: IPD, Poradnictwo Zawodowe, Szkolenia zawodowe, Staż zawodowy, pośrednictwo pracy.
