Celem głównym jest wyższa aktywność zawodowa i motywacja do podjęcia zatrudnienia wśród 60 os. bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 29 roku życia należących do jednej z następujących grup:os. długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, które zamieszkują na obszarze woj. wielkopolskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC, w tym wyłącznie na wiejskich obszarach funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zg. z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji - OSI).
