Property / summary: The task will be to enable the project beneficiaries (15 beneficiaries) — who are working (on maternity/parental leave) and for the inactive to leave up to the labour market in connection with the provision of childcare up to the 3s to the district of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg to stay or enter the labour market. This will be done by providing care for the children up to the age of 3 in the form of a guardian’s institution. Zadanie będzie polegało na umożliwieniu beneficjentom projektu (15 beneficjentów) - osobom pracującym (przebywającym na urlopie macierzyńskim/rodzicielskim), oraz biernym zawodowo, ze względu na przebywanie na urlopie wychowawczym, mającym problem z powrotem na rynek pracy w związku ze sprawowaniem opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, zamieszkującym powiat miasto Elbląg, oraz powiat elbląski – pozostać lub wejść na rynek pracy. Zostanie to zrealizowane poprzez prowadzenie opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w formie instytucji dziennego opiekuna. Dzięki zwolnieniu rodziców z obowiązku opieki nad swoimi dziećmi przez całą dobę, damy im możliwość powrotu na rynek pracy. (Polish)
