The aim of the project is to increase entrepreneurial attitudes and skills in 80 non-working people who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, living in powiats: Węgorzewski, Giżycki, squeaks until the end of I2020, leading to an increase in the number of companies operating on the market, by providing training and advisory assistance and providing financial support for the start of its own operations for 64 of them. As a result of the project, the following results will be achieved: 1. 73person will acquire/increase skills in taking up and conducting gosp activities. 2. 64persons who remain unemployed, will receive non-refundable funds to take action. gosp. 3. 64person will receive bridging financial and advisory and training support after starting the operation of the gosp. The target group (GD) is 43Ki37M aged over 29 years, i.e. from dn. 30th birthday, intending to start running the business. gosp. (except for persons who had an entry in the CEIDG/KRS) which operated under separate provisions during the period 12 months preceding the date of accession to the project), the inhabitant area: Węgorzewski, Giżycki, squeaks (ZKC) with 42os (23Ki19M) being unemployed and 38os (20Ki18M) inactive/passive incl. 100 % of people from GD are in particular difficult situation for the year, i.e. they meet at least one condition: I.Os.50+ II.Women (min 43os) III.Os. (min 5 pers.) IV.Os. long-term unemployment. Low-skilled V.Os. The project plans the following tasks: 1. Celem projektu jest wzrost postaw i umiejętności przedsiębiorczych u 80 niepracujących os. będących w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zamieszkujących powiaty: węgorzewski, giżycki, piski do końca I2020, prowadzący do zwiększenia liczby przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących na rynku, poprzez udzielenie pomocy szkoleniowo-doradczej oraz przekazanie wsparcia finansowego na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gosp. dla 64 z nich. W wyniku realizacji proj. zostaną osiągnięte m.in. następujące rezultaty: 1. 73os. nabędzie/podniesie umiejętności w zakresie podejmowania i prowadzenia działalności gosp. 2. 64os. pozostających bez pracy, otrzyma bezzwrotne środki na podjęcie działal. gosp. 3. 64os. otrzyma pomostowe wsparcie finansowe i doradczo-szkoleniowe po rozpoczęciu działalności gosp. Grupą docelową (GD) są 43Ki37M w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia tj. od dn. 30 urodzin, zamierzających rozpocząć prowadzenie działal. gosp. (z wyłączeniem os., które posiadały wpis do CEIDG/KRS/prowadziły działal. na podst.odrębnych przepisów w okresie12m-cy poprzedzających dzień przystąpienia do proj.), zamieszk. pow.: węgorzewski, giżycki, piski (zg. zKC) przy czym 42os (23Ki19M) będą to os. bezrob. oraz 38os (20Ki18M) nieaktywne/bierne zaw. 100% os. z GD znajduje się w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji na r.p. tj. spełniają min. jeden warunek: I.Os.50+ II.Kobiety (min 43os) III.Os. z niepełnospr. (min 5 os.) IV.Os. długotrwale bezrob. V.Os. o niskich kwalifikacjach W projekcie zaplanowano następujące zadania: 1. Rekrutacja uczestników I etap -złożenie oraz ocena formularzy rekrutacyjnych II etap -rozmowa z doradcą zaw.i doradcą biznesowym 2. Podstawowe wsparcie doradczo-szkoleniowe dla 80os 3.
