Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie szans zatrudnieniowych na rynku pracy grupy 30 mieszkańców powiatu braniewskiego i elbląskiego (w tym m.Elbląg) w wieku 30+ lat, pozostających bez pracy lub zatrudnionych w niekorzystnych warunkach (umowy terminowe, cywilnoprawne, wynagrodzenie na poziomie płacy minimalnej). W grupie docelowej znajdą się osoby bezrobotne niezarejestrowane w PUP oraz pracujące. Główny nacisk zostanie położony na wsparcie osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników, oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia (od poradnictwa zawodowego i ustalenia indywidualnej ścieżki dalszej kariery, poprzez kursy i szkolenia pozwalające nabyć kwalifikacje zawodowe lub uzyskać uprawnienia zawodowe, do staży w przedsiębiorstwach, kończąc na pośrednictwie pracy i zatrudnieniu. Więcej informacji w najbliższym Centrum Edukacji WMZDZ. Realizacja projektu zakończy się w II.2020 roku. (Polish)
