The subject of the project is a deep, comprehensive thermal modernisation of the building at ul. Bomb squad 6 in Elbląg. Usable area of the facility – 820,91 m² According to the conducted energy audit of the facility and construction project to achieve optimal energy parameters for the object, it is necessary to carry out the following material range of thermal modernisation works: • Modernisation of the interior walls of the cellar with gr. 10 cm, • Separations – warming from the above-mentioned outer walls of the garage with gr. 10 cm, • Separations – warming from the outer walls of the ground floor and the first floor of the interior. —Initiation of tender procedure – Signing of a grant agreement -Project implementation -Project settlement The objectives of the project are also consistent with the horizontal objectives set for projects of this type in the WiM ROP for the years 2014-2020. The specific objective of the investment priority 4 is “Increased energy efficiency of residential and public buildings”. The project therefore responds to the main and specific objective of priority 4, as a result of the planned investment, energy consumption will decrease and the demand for heat (energy-intensity) in housing will be reduced. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku przy ul. Saperów 6 w Elblągu. Powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu - 820,91 m2 Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu i projektem budowlanym dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektu parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: • Przegrody - docieplenie od zew. zewnętrznych ścian piwnicy styrodurem gr. 10 cm, • Przegrody - docieplenie od zew. zewnętrznych ścian garażu stryodurem gr. 10 cm, • Przegrody - docieplenie od zew. zewnętrznych ścian parteru i I-go piętra styropianem gr. 18 cm, • Przegrody - docieplenie od wewn. ścian lukarn II-go piętra wełną mineralną gr. 10 cm, • Przegrody – docieplenie od spodu stropu nad piwnicą styrodurem gr. 2 cm, • Docieplenie od wewn. dachu wełną mineralną gr. 12 cm, • Instalacja ciepłej wody użytkowej, • Wentylacja – zakup i montaż wentylatorów mechanicznych posiadających możliwość okresowej zmiany charakteru pracy, • Wymiana okien w piwnicy i garażu, • Wymiana okien parteru i klatki schodowej, • Modernizacja drzwi wejściowych • Wymiana instalacji c.o. Modernizacja bram garażowych (koszt niekwalifikowalny) Zadania te zostaną wdrożone dzięki: -Wszczęciu postępowania ofertowego -Podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie -Realizacja projektu -Rozliczenie projektu Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020. Celem szczegółowym priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4 jest „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych oraz użyteczności publicznej”. Przedsięwzięcie stanowi więc odpowiedź na cel główny i szczegółowy priorytetu 4, w rezultacie zaplanowanej inwestycji obniżeniu ulegnie zużycie energii oraz zmniejszy się zapotrzebowanie na ciepło (energochłonność) w zabudowie mieszkaniowej.
