The building covered by the project is located on a street. Malborska 43 in Jegłownik, it serves as an elementary school with a kindergarten department. The building is located on the premises of plots with the following numbers: 388/1, 388/2, 387. Net usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: this is 1497,27 m² According to the energy audit of the facility and construction projects to achieve optimal energy parameters for the object, it is necessary to carry out the following material range of thermal retrofit works: — Modernisation of the external ceiling partition – Modernisation of the group of partitions “External windows” ‘Gravity ventilation’ – Modernisation of the hot water system – Modernisation of the group of partitions “External doors” ‘Gravitational ventilation’ – Modernisation of the partition Wall on the ground floor – Walls – type 1 – Walls – Type 2 – Modernisation of the heating system – The source of the heat pumps will be designed with a power pump system of 117.56 kW. — Modernisation of lighting These tasks will be implemented thanks to: —Initiation of tender procedure – Signing of a grant agreement -Project implementation -Project settlement The objectives of the project are also consistent with the horizontal objectives set for projects of this type in the WiM ROP for the years 2014-2020. The specific objective of the investment priority 4 is “Increased energy efficiency of residential and public buildings”. The project therefore responds to the main and specific objective of priority 4, as a result of the planned investment, energy consumption will decrease and the demand for heat (energy intensity) in public utilities will be reduced.     Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej Zespołu Szkół w Jegłowniku, a więc poprawa atrakcyjności Gminy Gronowo Elbląskie. Budynek objęty projektem zlokalizowany jest przy ul. Malborskiej 43 w Jegłowniku, pełni on funkcję szkoły podstawowej z oddziałem przedszkolnym. Budynek znajduje się na terenie działek o numerach: 388/1, 388/2, 387. Powierzchnia użytkowa netto budynków poddawanych termomodernizacji: to 1497,27 m2 Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu i projektami budowlanymi dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektu parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: - Modernizacja przegrody Strop zewnętrzny - Modernizacja grupy przegród "Okna zewnętrzne" 'Wentylacja grawitacyjna' - Modernizacja systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej - Modernizacja grupy przegród "Drzwi zewnętrzne" 'Wentylacja grawitacyjna' - Modernizacja przegrody Ściana na gruncie - Ściany - typ 1 - Ściany - typ 2 - Modernizacja systemu grzewczego - Źródłem ciepła będzie projektowany układ pomp ciepła o mocy 117,56 kW wraz z kondensacyjnym kotłem gazowym zlokalizowanych na zewnątrz budynku, które są zasilane gazem ze zbiornika LPG. - Modernizacja oświetlenia Zadania te zostaną wdrożone dzięki: -Wszczęciu postępowania ofertowego -Podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie -Realizacja projektu -Rozliczenie projektu Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020.
