The market in Orzysz" envisages deep thermal modernisation in a municipal building, which is to be adapted for public use. The originator of the project is the Municipality of Orzysz. The municipality owns a property located in the centre of Orzysz on ul. Market 3. The building was once a hotel facility and owned by a private owner. At present, the building is not in use, but as a result of an analysis carried out by the municipality of Orzysz, it has been decided to take measures aimed at the development of the facility for public use purposes. The project will be implemented in the first quarter of 2017 until the end of September 2019. The total value of the project is PLN 4616 653.13. Projekt "Orzyski Ratusz – głęboka modernizacja energetyczna, remont i adaptacja budynku przy ul. Rynek w Orzyszu" przewiduje dokonanie głębokiej termomodernizacji w budynku komunalnym, który ma zostać zaadaptowany do celów użyteczności publicznej. W obiekcie docelowo mają znajdować się pomieszczenia Urzędu Miejskiego, Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej, biblioteki publicznej oraz innych miejskich jednostek budżetowych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP dla Poddziałania 4.3.1., gdyż w ramach projektu mają zostać przeprowadzone prace zmierzające do wzrostu efektywności energetycznej budynku przy ul. Rynek 3: wym. okien i drzwi, roboty dociepl., inst. wentylacji i klimatyzacji, wykon. węzła ciepła i przyłącza cieplnego, moderniz. instalacji c.o. oraz wydatki niekwalifik.: modernizacja instalacji c.o i c.t - roboty montaż. i demontaż., instal. ciepłej wody i cyrkulacji - roboty montaż. i demontaż., instal. kanalizacji sanit., prace - zewnętrz. , prace w zakresie dachu i elewacji, prace elektr. i instalacyjne w zakresie oświetlenia. Nad sprawną realizacją przedsięwzięcia czuwać będą pracownicy poszczególnych wydziałów Urzędu Miasta oddelegowani do projektu. Pomysłodawcą projektu jest Gmina Orzysz. Gmina jest posiadaczem nieruchomości zlokalizowanej w centrum miasta Orzysz na ul. Rynek 3. Budynek swego czasu pełnił rolę obiektu hotelowego i był w posiadaniu prywatnego właściciela. Obecnie budynek nie jest użytkowany, natomiast w wyniku analizy przeprowadzonej przez władze Gminy Orzysz postanowiono poczynić działania zmierzające do zagospodarowania obiektu z przeznaczeniem do celów użyteczności publicznej.
