Projekt obejmuje okresem realizacji rok szkolny 2017/2018 i jest kontunuacją działań podjętych w projekcie Zainwestuj w siebie z roku szkolnego 2016/17. Dotyczy programu współpracy szkół kształcenia zawodowego z pracodawcami i realizuje Model 1 poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami, diagnozę uczniów, wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności/kwalifikacje zawodowe, staże. Celem projektu jest podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności pracowniczych 40 uczniów/nic Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych im. Santora Petöfi w Ostródzie poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu wsparcie w postaci szkoleń, kursów i staży zawodowych w okresie wrze2017-wrze2018.Efekty zgodne z rezultatami Działania 2.4 RPO W-M dla MODELU 1 w Typie 1 SZOOP.Wydatki w projekcie są rozliczane kwotami ryczałtowymi.
