The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 23 students (10K and 13M) of the Nidzice vocational school run by the Warmia-Mazury Vocational Excellence Department in Olsztyn – Technikm in Nidzica. After the initial diagnosis, students of the four Technicians will receive a series of vocational trainings (including those allowing them to acquire qualifications) and personalities (communication, stress management, group work), which will prepare them for the crucial stage in the project, i.e. 150-hour traineeships with local employers. As a result, pupils will acquire practical skills and experience on the labour market, which will significantly increase their employability after graduation. The project will be implemented from September 2019 to March 2021 in Technik in Nidzica (located in the teaching base of the ZDZ Education Centre in Nidzica) (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia 23 uczniów (10K i 13M) nidzickiej szkoły zawodowej prowadzonej przez Warmińsko-Mazurski Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Olsztynie - Technikum w Nidzicy. Uczniowie czterech kierunków Technikum, po etapie wstępnej diagnozy, odbędą cykl szkoleń zawodowych (w tym pozwalających na nabycie uprawnień) oraz osobowościowych (z zakresu komunikacji, radzenia sobie ze stresem, pracy w grupie), które przygotują ich do kluczowego w projekcie etapu, tj. 150-godzinnych staży zawodowych u lokalnych pracodawców. Dzięki temu, uczniowie nabędą praktyczne umiejętności i doświadczenia na rynku pracy, co wydatnie zwiększy szanse na ich zatrudnienie po ukończeniu nauki szkolnej. Projekt realizowany będzie od września 2019 do marca 2021 roku w Technikum w Nidzicy (zlokalizowanym w bazie dydaktycznej Centrum Edukacji ZDZ w Nidzicy) (Polish)
