The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 14 students (9K and 5M) of the Nidzica vocational school run by Warmia-Mazury Vocational Excellence Department in Olsztyn – First-degree Industry School in Nidzica. Students of 5 professions from the Industry School, after the initial diagnosis stage, will receive a series of vocational training (including those allowing for the acquisition of qualifications), which will prepare them for the crucial stage in the project, i.e. 150-hour apprenticeships with local employers. As a result, pupils will acquire practical skills and experience on the labour market, which will significantly increase their employability after graduation. The project will be implemented from September 2019 to March 2021 at the first-degree Industry School in Nidzica (located in the educational base of the ZDZ Education Centre in Nidzica) (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia 14 uczniów (9K i 5M) nidzickiej szkoły zawodowej prowadzonej przez Warmińsko-Mazurski Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Olsztynie – Szkoły Branżowej I stopnia w Nidzicy. Uczniowie 5 zawodów ze Szkoły Branżowej, po etapie wstępnej diagnozy, odbędą cykl szkoleń zawodowych (w tym pozwalających na nabycie uprawnień), które przygotują ich do kluczowego w projekcie etapu, tj. 150-godzinnych praktyk zawodowych u lokalnych pracodawców. Dzięki temu, uczniowie nabędą praktyczne umiejętności i doświadczenia na rynku pracy, co wydatnie zwiększy szanse na ich zatrudnienie po ukończeniu nauki szkolnej. Projekt realizowany będzie od września 2019 do marca 2021 roku w Szkole Branżowej I stopnia w Nidzicy (zlokalizowanej w bazie dydaktycznej Centrum Edukacji ZDZ w Nidzicy) (Polish)
