This project is a new investment and will concern the launch of E.K.OPŁYTA Sp. z o.o.'s production activity and the significant development of its service activities. The investment will result in the purchase of technologically advanced fixed assets (21 pieces) and intangible assets (14 pieces). The project will start 21.01.2016 and end 29.11.2017. Due to the technological advancement (and hence the complexity of the implementation of individual elements of the project), the project has been divided into 2 stages – one will be launched in 2016 and the other in 2017. As part of stage I, the tasks related to the purchase and assembly of production facilities will be carried out: • numerically controlled vertical machining center (1 PT) • edgebanders with LED laser for single side wrapping of straight edges (1 PT) In stage II, the tasks related to the purchase and assembly of the second centre, dust removal system and the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, which are a key element of innovation of this project will be: • portal and frame centre (1 ŚT) • dust removal and incineration system (5 WT) • license of IT platform, cooperating with machines for furniture production together with necessary equipment (10 PT), (5 WNiP) • license of the ERP class for production management (6 WNiP) • the license of the dedicated program “Moduł consolidation of business processes” (with implementation) (1 WNiP) will be server for operation of the production management system (1 WNiP) together with the office of the company “Moduł of business processes” (with implementation) (1 WNiP) • a server to handle production management system (1 WNi) • the license of the dedicated program “Moduł consolidating business processes” (with implementation) (1 WNiP) • the server to handle the production management system (1 WNiP) together with the office of the company “Moduł to consolidate business processes” (with implementation) (1 WNiP) • the server to handle the production management system (1 WNiP) will be used. Niniejszy projekt jest nową inwestycją i dotyczyć będzie uruchomienia przez przedsiębiorstwo E.K.OPŁYTA Sp. z o.o. działalności produkcyjnej oraz znaczącego rozwoju działalności usługowej. Efektem inwestycji będzie zakup zaawansowanych technologicznie środków trwałych (21 szt.) oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (14 szt.). Projekt rozpocznie się 21.01.2016 r., a zakończy 29.11.2017 r. Z uwagi na zaawansowanie technologii (a tym samym złożoność wdrażania poszczególnych elementów przedsięwzięcia), projekt podzielono na 2 etapy – jeden zostanie rozpoczęty w 2016 r., drugi – w 2017. W ramach etapu I zostaną zrealizowane zadania związane z zakupem i montażem urządzeń produkcyjnych: • numerycznie sterowanego, pionowego centrum obróbczego (1 ŚT) • okleiniarki z laserem diodowym do jednostronnego oklejania krawędzi prostych (1 ŚT) W etapie II zostaną zrealizowane zadania związane z zakupem i montażem drugiego centrum, systemu odpylania oraz dostawą i wdrożeniem rozwiązań IT, będących kluczowym elementem innowacyjności niniejszego projektu: • centrum portalowo-ramowego (1 ŚT) • systemu odpylania i spalania odpadów (5 ŚT) • licencji Informatycznej platformy, współpracującej z maszynami do produkcji mebli wraz z niezbędnym sprzętem (10 ŚT), (5 WNiP) • licencji klasy ERP do zarządzania produkcją (6 WNiP) • licencji dedykowanego programu „Moduł konsolidacji procesów biznesowych” (z wdrożeniem) (1 WNiP) • serwera do obsługi systemu zarządzania produkcją (1 ŚT) wraz z 1 kpl i 1 szt. licencji serwerowych (2 WNiP) oraz 2 stacjami roboczymi (2 ŚT) Projekt zostanie zlokalizowany w siedzibie firmy EKO-PŁYTA Sp. z o.o. ul. Ogrodowa 14a, Kiełczewo (gm. Kościan). Na potrzeby rozwojowe firma odda do użytku pod koniec roku 2016 nową halę produkcyjną, w niej będą posadowione nowe środki trwałe i WNiP. Hala nie stanowi przedmiotu projektu. Wartość wskaźników kluczowych produktu jest zgodna z punktem 4.1. (Polish)
