Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii laserowego wycinania blach do produkcji typoszeregu kotłów BIOMAX PLUS o mocy 70, 100, 150, 200, 300 kW oraz rozwoju usług zewnętrznych. Projekt jest nową inwestycją i dotyczyć będzie wdrożenia do oferty firmy LUMO TECHNIKA GRZEWCZA nowego produktu oraz udoskonalenia usługi obróbki metalu świadczonej dotychczas, co nastąpi w wyniku zakupu następujących środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych: - laser do cięcia i obróbki metalu (1 szt,) - planowany do zakupu laser umożliwi obróbkę blach cienkich, grubych i kolorowych; jego zastosowanie w projekcie umożliwi zwiększenie prędkości i dokładności cięcia, zmniejszenie ilości odpadów w procesie obróbki oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej. - oprogramowanie do przygotowania obróbki i procesu cięcia arkuszy blachy (1szt.) - planowane do zakupu oprogramowanie to uniwersalne i kompletne rozwiązanie w zakresie konstruowania i programowania. Wnioskodawca posiada 30-letnie doświadczenie na rynku kotłów. Dzięki niniejszej inwestycji wnioskodawca wdroży do produkcji nowy produkt - zaprojektowany w wyniku przeprowadzonych prac rozwojowych cały typoszereg kotłów typu Biomax Plus posiadających innowacyjne rozwiązania technologiczne. Wnioskodawca udoskonali również dotychczas świadczone usługi obróbki metali w szczególności poprzez zwiększenie prędkości i dokładności cięcia, zmniejszenie ilości odpadów w procesie obróbki oraz zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej. W efekcie realizacji projektu 1 przedsiębiorstwo (LUMO TECHNIKA GRZEWCZA) otrzyma wsparcie oraz dotację, a inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne będą stanowić 1 945 782,30 PLN. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia rozpocznie się w lipcu, a zakończy listopadzie 2016 roku. (Polish)
