The project is a new investment and will focus on the implementation of new and improved services in the company’s offer. 1. The planned project will consist of 2 steps (8 tasks): — 1 steps — the purchase of a horizontal milling centre, spray booths, mobile cranes, crane type cranes (3 units), the pallet warehouse and the high storage forklift trucks, — 2 step — purchase of the fork-lift truck, the measuring machine and the software of AutoDesk Simulation.Planned to achieve the effects in kind: — Number of pre-pages receiving support — 1 units, — Number of pre-pages receiving grants — 1 units, — Private investment in addition to the front desk. (grants) — 2 428 800,00 pln, — Private investment in complementary form to public support for innovation or research and development projects — 2 428 800,00 pln, — Number of acquisitions received — 9, — Number of purchased PCs — 1 unit 2. Implementation of the project will begin in XI 2015 and will end IX 2016. the project contains innovative solutions at 3 levels: (a) the innovativeness of the products on a global scale — thanks to these acquisitions, it will be possible to provide new processing services which, so far, could not be offered by our company due to performance, price and quality control requirements — electric motor bodies: — the body of electric motors 225, — the body of electric motors 250.As a result of implementing the project, it will also be possible to improve the current processing services: — Stock of electric motors size 200 (b). innovation performance (%) and non-technological (organisational) equipment. As a result of the implementation of an innovative technology, based on the company’s own patent, there will be a change in the production process by improving the parameters of the cutting edge and reducing the use of gear and time savings. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do produkcji innowacyjnej technologii obróbki mechanicznej korpusów silników elektrycznych z zastosowaniem narzędzi specjalnych, wyposażonych w tłumik drgań. Projekt jest nową inwestycją i dotyczyć będzie wdrożenia do oferty firmy nowych oraz udoskonalenia obecnych usług.1. Planowane przedsięwzięcie będzie składało się z 2 etapów (8 zadań):- 1 etap – zakup poziomego centrum frezarskiego, myjki natryskowej, urządzeń dźwigowych typu żuraw stacjonarny słupowy (3 szt.), magazynu paletowego oraz wózka widłowego wysokiego składowania,- 2 etap – zakup wózka widłowego, maszyny pomiarowej oraz oprogramowania AutoDesk Simulation.Planowane do osiągnięcia efekty rzeczowe:- Liczba przeds. otrzymujących wsparcie – 1 szt.,- Liczba przeds. otrzymujących dotacje – 1 szt.,- Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przeds. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia rozpocznie się w XI 2015, a zakończy IX 2016 roku.Projekt zawiera rozwiązania innowacyjne na 3 płaszczyznach:a) Innowacyjność prod. w skali świata - dzięki powyższym zakupom możliwe będzie świadczenie nowych usług obróbki, które dotychczas nie mogły być przez naszą firmę oferowane ze względu na wymagania dotyczące wydajności, ceny oraz kontroli jakości – korpusów silników elektrycznych:- korpus silnika elektr. rozmiar 225,- korpus silnika elektr. rozmiar 250.W wyniku realizacji projektu będzie również możliwe udoskonalenie obecnie wykonywanych usług obróbki: - korpusów silników elektrycznych rozmiar 200.b) Innowacyjność proc. oraz nietechnologiczna (organizacyjna). W wyniku wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii, opartej o własny patent firmy, nastąpi zmiana procesu produkcyjnego dzięki poprawie parametrów skrawania oraz ograniczeniu zużycia narzędzi i oszczędność czasu.
