GDC/Games Connection – San Francisco/Nordic Game – Malmo; 2. Pax West – Seattle/G-Star – Pusan/Games Connection – Paris;3. GDC – San Francisco/Games Connection – San Francisco/Pax East – Boston.At each of the events, the City of Poznań will organise a joint stand for selected producers of games and companies from the “game development” industry (it will be not only games manufacturers but also computer and mobile devices used in games), who will promote Wielkopolska as an innovative and attractive region for companies from the IT sector. In addition, as part of the region’s promotional campaign, meetings with local journalists will be organised during trade fairs and the organisation of foreign industry journalists in Poznań writing to key magazines appearing in selected markets. The applicant will also purchase articles sponsored in industry journals. These activities will be aimed at promoting Wielkopolska as a good place to run a business and search for business partners, as well as building opinions on the innovativeness of Wielkopolska, based on the opinion of market journalists. In order to promote the Wielkopolska video game industry in a coherent way, it is also planned to publish a catalogue presenting the manufacturers of games and computer/mobile equipment in Wielkopolska, which will be promoted at a joint stand of the city and handed out during talks with potential contractors and journalists.The project’s products will be (year of 2021):- Number of internationally supported information and promotional projects: 1 pieces – Number of fairs and exhibitions: 3 pcs (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest promocja gospodarcza Wielkopolski poprzez udział w zagranicznych targach branży "game development". W projekcie przewidziano udział w 3 wydarzeniach targowych: 1. GDC/Games Connection - San Francisco/Nordic Game - Malmo; 2. Pax West - Seattle/G-Star - Pusan/ Games Connection - Paryż;3. GDC - San Francisco/ Games Connection - San Francisco/Pax East - Boston.Na każdym z wydarzeń Miasto Poznań zorganizuje wspólne stoisko dla wybranych w drodze naboru produc. gier i firm z branży "game development" (będą to nie tylko producenci gier ale również urządzeń komputerowych i mobilnych wykorzystywanych w grach), którzy będą promować Wielkopolskę jako region innowacyjny i atrakcyjny dla firm z sektora IT. Ponadto w ramach kampanii promocyjnej regionu przewidziano organizację spotkań z lokalnymi dziennikarzami podczas wyjazdów na wydarzenia targowe oraz organizację pobytu zagranicznych dziennikarzy branżowych w Poznaniu pisujących do kluczowych czasopism ukazujących się na wybranych rynkach. Wnioskodawca zakupi również artykuły sponsorowane w branżowych czasopismach. Wymienione działania będą ukierunkowane na promocję Wielkopolski jako dobrego miejsca do prowadzenia przedsiębiorstwa i poszukiwania partnerów biznesowych, a także budowanie opinii o innowacyjności Wielkopolski, w oparciu o zdanie rynkowych publicystów.Przedsięwzięcie zakłada także opracowanie materiałów graficznych, którymi oznakowane zostaną stoiska targowe (w tym roll-up, ścianki). W celu spójnego promowania wielkopolskiej branży gier komputerowych przewidziano również wydanie katalogu prezentującego wielkopolskich producentów gier i sprzętu komputerowego/mobilnego, który będzie każdorazowo promowany na wspólnym stoisku miasta oraz wręczany podczas rozmów z potencjalnymi kontrahentami i dziennikarzami.Produktami projektu będą (rok osiągnięcia 2021):- Liczba wspartych przedsięwzięć informacyjno-promocyjnych o charakterze międzynarodowym: 1 szt.- Liczba imprez targowych i wystaw: 3 szt.
