Target of the project. ‘Get out of unemployment’: Higher motivation and occupational activity of 60 unemployed, job-seekers and inactive persons who have been disadvantaged on the labour market in the area of 29 years of age (long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities, people with low qualifications, o.w. in 50 years and more) residing within the meaning of the KC in the Wielkopolska Voivodship (rural functional areas requiring support of development processes in the districts: Słocki,kolski,Turkish,Wrzesiński,średzki,Jarociński). The objective will be achieved in the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.10.2017 by covering 60 UP with support in the form of identification of needs (including IPD development), professional advice, psychological and advisory support, vocational training.,training, employment intermediation, which will contribute to the definition by UP of professional objectives, increase motivation to take up employment, acquire new/complete professional qualifications. Cel główny proj. "Wyjdź z bezrobocia": Wyższa motywacja i aktywność zawodowa 60 osób bezrobotnych,poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo,defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy pow.29 r.ż.(os.długotrwale bezrobotne,kobiety,os.z niepełnosprawnościami,os.o niskich kwalifikacjach,os.w w.50 lat i więcej) zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC na terenie woj.wielkopolskiego(wiejskie obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych na terenie powiatów: słupecki,kolski,turecki,wrzesiński,średzki,jarociński). Cel zostanie zrealiz.w okresie od 01.01.2017 do 31.10.2017 poprzez objęcie 60 UP wsparciem w postaci identyfikacji potrzeb(w tym opracowania IPD),poradnictwa zawod.,wsparcia psychologiczno-doradczego,szkolenia zawod.,stażu,pośrednictwa pracy co przyczyni się do określenia przez UP celów zawodowych, zwiększenia motywacji do podjęcia zatrudnienia,nabycia nowych/uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji zawod.oraz doświadczenia zawod.adekwatnego do potrzeb wielkopolskiego rynku pracy i nabycia wiedzy na temat metod poszukiwania zatrudnienia. Grupę docelową stanowi 60 osób bezrobotnych,poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy, powyżej 29 roku życia, wyłącznie z grup:-os.długotrwale bezrobotne-21os.(13K/8M)-kobiety-36os.-os.z niepełnosparwnościami-3os(2K/1M)-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-26os.(16K/10M)-os.w w.50 lat i więcej-12os.(7K/5M)Os.bezrobotne stanowić będą 83% UP- 50os(30K/20M).Bierni zawodowo natomiast-17% UP-10os.(6K/4M).Projekt jest skierowany do grup docelowych z obszaru woj.wielkopolskiego(w przypadku os.fizycznych- uczą się lub zamieszkują na obszarze woj.wielkopolskiego w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego), do mieszkańców wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych(zg.z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji) znajdujących się na terenie powiatów:słupecki, kolski,turecki,wrzesiński,średzki, jarociński.Gł.rezultaty:Podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min 24 UP.Wartość proj.985 821,00zł, w tym wkład własny:49 291,05zł (Polish)
