The aim of the project implemented in the period from 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2020 is to increase the employability of 213 persons(118 women) over 29 years of age of registered PUPs in Rawicz(I or II profile of assistance) remaining unemployed, belonging to at least one of the following groups: long-term unemployed, women, disabled, low-skilled, aged 50 and over, men 30-49 years of age requiring support. In order to prevent diagnosed barriers and meet the needs and expectations of all participants, it is necessary to cover all participants with individual and comprehensive assistance indicated in the types of operations for Priority Axis 6. Labour market,Action 6.1.Each participant will be covered by at least 2 forms of support set out in the Act, which will result directly from the developed IPD.In addition to vocational guidance services, employment intermediation services require financial support from beneficiaries, which are an element of assistance enabling the return to the labour market of persons above 29.Analysis of the situation of beneficiaries allows to identify the main problem of this category of unemployed persons, which is a lack of appropriate professional experience and appropriate to the requirements of the local labour market of professional qualifications. The solution of the resulting barriers will be to cover the target group with trainings, which will allow to adapt qualifications to the needs of local employers and traineeships in terms of acquiring the necessary practical professional skills.Persons with an idea for their own business will be provided with funds to take up their activities.In addition, as an important element supporting the beneficiaries, it is planned to reimburse employers with the costs of equipping their jobs for people from the target group.The main result of the project will be to take up employment or self-employment by, at least 99 persons registered in the PUP.     Celem projektu realizowanego w okresie od 01.01.2019r. do 31.12.2020r. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 213 osób(118 kobiet)powyżej 29 roku życia zarejestrowanych PUP w Rawiczu(I lub II profil pomocy)pozostających bez pracy,należących co najmniej do jednej z grup: długotrwale bezrobotni,kobiety,niepełnosprawni,o niskich kwalifikacjach,w wieku 50 lat i więcej,mężczyźni 30-49 lat wymagający wsparcia.Wsparciem w ramach projektu objętych zostanie 213 osób pow. 29 rż, pozostających bez pracy oraz spełniających kryteria zawarte w SZOOP WRPO i dokumentacji konkursowej.W celu zapobiegania zdiagnozowanym barierom oraz zaspokojeniu potrzeb i oczekiwań niezbędne jest objęcie wszystkich uczestników indywidualną i kompleksową pomocą wskazaną w typach operacji dla Osi Priorytetowej 6. Rynek pracy,Działanie 6.1.Każdy z uczestników objęty zostanie co najmniej 2 formami wsparcia określonymi w ustawie,które wynikać będą bezpośrednio z opracowanego IPD.Poza usługami poradnictwa zawodowego,pośrednictwa pracy niezbędne jest finansowe wsparcie beneficjentów,stanowiące element pomocy umożliwiający powrót na rynek pracy osób powyżej 29 rż.Analiza sytuacji beneficjentów pozwala na wskazanie głównego problemu tej kategorii osób bezrobotnych,którym jest brak odpowiedniego doświadczenia zawodowego oraz odpowiednich do wymogów lokalnego rynku pracy kwalifikacji zawodowych. Rozwiązaniem powstałych barier będzie objęcie grupy docelowej szkoleniami,które umożliwią dostosowanie kwalifikacji do potrzeb lokalnych pracodawców oraz staże w aspekcie nabycia niezbędnych praktycznych umiejętności zawodowych.Osobom posiadającym pomysł na własny biznes udzielone zostaną środki na podjęcie działalności.Ponadto jako istotny element wpierający beneficjentów przewidziano zrefundowanie pracodawcom kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla osób z grupy docelowej.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez min.99 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Rawicz,w tym min.50 kobiet.
