Termomodernizacja budynku wraz z zamontowaniem pieca na biomasę do produkcji energii cieplnej. Usprawnienie stanu technicznego budynku przy ul. Braniewskiej 10D w Ornecie zakłada ulepszenia w następującym zakresie: Montaż źródła ciepła c.o. - kotła na paliwo stałe przystosowanego do spalania biomasy (pellet drzewny) z podajnikiem automatycznym. Pełna automatyka obiegów grzewczych, automatyka pogodowa. Budowa zasobnika paliwa. Wymiana instalacji c.o. - montaż nowego orurowania, montaż grzejników stalowych z zaworami termostatycznymi. Montaż zaworów podpionowych lub regulatorów strefowych. Montaż licznika ciepła. Regulacja hydrauliczna instalacji, Wymiana instalacji c.w.u., Montaż zasobnika c.w.u, przyłączenie instalacji do nowego źródła ciepła, Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nadziemnych oraz ścian w gruncie od wewnątrz, Docieplenie dachu budynku. Wymiana wszystkich okien w budynku na stolarkę energooszczędną, Wymiana drzwi starego typu na stolarkę energooszczędną. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. W ramach projektu zostanie poddany głębokiej termomodernizacji obiekt o powierzchni 1312,32 m2 i 7705,1 m3 kubatury. Poprzez realizacji inwestycji nastąpi likwidacja przestarzałego i nieekologicznego źródła ciepła w postaci pieca węglowego, który zostanie zastąpiony nowoczesnym urządzeniem zasilanym biomasą o mocy 127 kW . Realizacji projektu przewiduje znaczny spadek zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną w obiekcie przekraczający ponad 80%. Budynek jest obiektem znajdującym się na obszarze objętym nadzorem konserwatora zabytków, który wyraził zgodę na przeprowadzenie inwestycji objętej wnioskiem o dofinansowanie. Czynności związane z realizacją, tj, przygotowanie projektu budowlanego, wystąpienie o pozwolenie na budowę zostały podjęte w 2016 roku. Audyt został opracowany w 2016 roku i został zaktualizowany w lipcu 2018 roku. (Polish)
