Implementation of the project on the proposed site does not require violation and transformation of natural or semi-natural habitats, removal of trees and shrubs, or seizure of vulnerable habitats which are a potential place for protected species. The need to implement the project is defined in Chapter 1.2. Feasibility study. Achieving the intended target will be achieved through the use of active solar electricity production technology. The purpose of the designed PV system is to produce electricity for the Centre based on modern polycrystalline photovoltaic modules with the best quality-to-price ratio and efficiency. A photovoltaic generator is a system of properly configured and properly connected photovoltaic modules. Implementation of the project within the assumed scope will allow the production of energy from renewable sources in the amount of 43.9 MWh and avoid CO2 emissions of 15.260 Mg CO2/year. Inwestycja pn. „Zastosowanie ogniw fotowoltaicznych w Wojewódzkim Ośrodku Ruchu Drogowego w Elblągu.” polega na budowie 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznych o mocy 14,84 kW oraz 31,8 kW, na działce nr 17/3 w obrębie ewidencyjnym nr 0023 miasta Elbląg, powiat elbląski, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie, będącej własnością WORD w Elblągu zgodnie z zapisami Aktu Notarialnego nr 5091/1999 z dnia 27.10.1999 r. Po przeanalizowaniu dostępności miejsca montażu planowanych elementów inwestycji, wybrano na montaż elektrowni słonecznych poszycie dachowe budynku administracyjnego oraz gospodarczo - garażowego. Realizacja projektu na proponowanym terenie nie wymaga naruszenia i przekształcania siedlisk naturalnych, bądź półnaturalnych, usunięcia drzew i krzewów, czy zajęcia siedlisk wrażliwych będących potencjalnym miejscem występowania gatunków chronionych. Potrzeba realizacji projektu została zdefiniowana w rozdziale 1.2. Studium Wykonalności. Uzyskanie planowanego celu zostanie osiągnięte poprzez zastosowanie technologii aktywnej produkcji energii elektrycznej z promieniowania słonecznego. Zadaniem projektowanego systemu fotowoltaicznego jest produkcja energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Ośrodka w oparciu o nowoczesne moduły fotowoltaiczne polikrystaliczne cechujące się aktualnie najlepszym stosunkiem jakości do ceny a także wydajności. Generator fotowoltaiczny stanowi układ odpowiednio skonfigurowanych i odpowiednio połączonych modułów fotowoltaicznych. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia w założonym zakresie pozwoli na produkcję energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w ilości 43,9 MWh i uniknięcie emisji CO2 na poziomie 15,260 Mg CO2/rok. Spowoduje również zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania energetycznego budynków siedziby Wnioskodawcy o 74%. (Polish)
