The main objective of the project was to prepare highly skilled middle-level staff for work in the tourism sector – entrepreneurial, creative, mobile on the market. Professionally prepared workers in the tourism industry will contribute to the achievement of the loss target “Strategy of socio-economic development of Warmia-Mazury voivodship by 2020”: Growth of the competitiveness of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. Increasing the attractiveness and quality of education in Technik No. 1 in the School Complex in Pasłęk among 40 pupils in the competitions: hotel technicians, logistics technicians, advertising techniques by diagnosing pupils, improving universal skills and key competences (mathematical, language, entrepreneurship with ICT), professional qualifications through the organisation of courses, traineeships in cooperation with local employers and raising universal skills and qualifications within 6 n-li through the implementation of traineeships, courses, trainings in the period 01.09.2019-31.12.2020 GRUPA target: 40 students: hospitality technician (16u), logistics engineer (16u), advertising organisation (8u) and 6 professional teachers. Tasks carried out within the framework of the project: STUDENTS: 1) Individual DIAGNOZA in order to supplement their qualifications and skills profession and soft competences to facilitate entry into the labour market (pedagog, advisor in, professional) 2) equipping the pupil with additional UNIVERSAL COMPETENTS AND CONDITIONS (courses and training courses) 3) Dyd-Version -Key Competences STUDIES OF Vocational Education 1) CURSES – in order to improve professional qualifications 2) traineeships in courses related to a given education) 3) training in the use of innovative teaching methods +Efects TICK: As a result of the project, pupils and teachers will increase professional competences and qualifications and soft employee skills, improve practical skills in the chosen profession, and strengthen school-employer cooperation (English)

    Za główny cel projektu przyjęto przygotowanie wysoko wykwalifikowanej kadry średniego szczebla do pracy w sektorze turystyki-przedsiębiorczych, kreatywnych, mobilnych na rynku. Profesjonalnie przygotowani pracownicy w branży turystycznej przyczynią się do zrealizowania celu strat „Strategii rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego do roku 2020”: Wzrostu konkurencyjności województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Podniesienie atrakcyjności i jakości kształcenia zaw w Technikum Nr 1 w Zespole Szkół w Pasłęku wśród 40 uczniów w zawodach: technik hotelarstwa, technik logistyk, technik organizacji reklamy poprzez diagnozowanie uczniów, podniesienie umiejętności uniwersalnych i kompetencji kluczowych ( matematycznych, językowych, przedsiębiorczości z ICT), kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez organizację kursów, staży we współpracy z lokalnymi pracodawcami oraz podniesienie umiejętności uniwersalnych i kwalifikacji zaw wśród 6 n-li poprzez realizację staży, kursów, szkoleń w okresie 01.09.2019-31.12.2020 GRUPA DOCELOWA: 40 uczniów: technik hotelarstwa (16u), logistyk (16u), organizacji reklamy (8u) oraz 6 nauczycieli zawodu. Zadania realizowane w ramach projektu: UCZNIOWIE: 1) indywidualna DIAGNOZA pod kątem uzupełnienia ich kwalifikacji i umiejętności zawod oraz kompetencji miękkich ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy (pedagog, doradca zaw, zawodowiec) 2) wyposażenie ucznia w DODATKOWE KOMPETENCJE UNIWERSALNE I KWALIFIKACJE ZAWODOWE (kursy i szkolenia) 3) STAŻE 4) zaj. Dyd-wyr -Kompetencje kluczowe NAUCZYCIELE kształcenia zawodow 1) KURSY –w celu podniesienia kwalifikacji zawodowych 2) staże z kierunków związanych z danym kształceniem) 3) szkolenia z zastosowania innowacyjnych metod nauczania +TIK EFEKTY: W wyniku realizacji projektu uczniowie i nauczyciele podniosą kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe i miękkie umiejętności pracownicze, podniosą umiejętności praktyczne w wybranym zawodzie, zacieśni się współpraca szkoły z pracodawc (Polish)
