The aim of the project is to acquire 20 pupils/nothing (5K, 15M) from the direction of T.IT and T.foresters from the Group of Professional Schools. Edmund Domański, in I³aw, of the lees by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completing vocational courses and interpersonal training and of having completed traineeships with employers during the period IX.2018-IX.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following activities/tasks: cooperation with 6 employers, professional courses (CISCO course, ECDL course Advanced, ECDL BASE, AutoCAD, machinery saw), training of workers’ skills (stress management, time management) and the course preparing for an exam confirming the level of competencies in English (Egzamin TOEIC). The knowledge gained will be applied in practice to traineeships with employers. The project is aimed at the 20 pupils/Members of the ZS in Iłosna — IT and T.forestry direction. The implementation of the project is expected to increase the employability of project participants through the acquisition and validation of skills and practical skills and their application to the employers’ practice.     Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (5K,15M) z kierunku T.informatyk oraz T.leśnik z Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych im. ks. Edmunda Domańskiego w Iłowie – Osadzie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia kursów zawodowych i szkoleń interpersonalnych oraz odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie IX.2018-IX.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: współpracę z 6 pracodawcami, Kursy zawodowe (kurs CISCO, kurs ECDL Advanced, ECDL BASE, AutoCAD, obsługi pilarek mechanicznych), szkolenia umiejętności pracowniczych (radzenie sobie ze stresem, zarządzanie czasem) oraz kurs przygotowujący do egzaminu potwierdzającego poziom kompetencji z j.angielskiego (Egzamin TOEIC). Zdobyta wiedza zostanie zastosowana w praktyce w ramach stażu u pracodawców. Projekt jest skierowany do 20uczniów/nic z ZS w Iłowie – Osadzie z kierunku T.informatyk oraz T.leśnik. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawców.
