| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of unemployed persons aged over 29 years who are unemployed in the county of gateways in addition fulfilling at least one of the following criteria (long-term unemployed, disabled people, aged over 50, people with low skills). the project will cover persons over the age of 29 eligible for aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). The project is neutral as regards the principle of sustainable development and will apply the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination irrespective of sex, age, disability, race or ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, full participation in all areas of life on an equal basis. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will carry out the following tasks, i.e. 6 months for 42 persons, one-off measures for self-employment for 9 people, payment of employers for equipment, retrofitting of jobs for 31 people. Participants in the project will be those who are resident in the powiat briewski, belonging to a group of persons above 29 who fulfil one or more of the following criteria. (English) / rank | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie braniewskim dodatkowo spełniający co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów( osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, niepełnosprawne, w wieku powyżej 50 r.ż., osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach) W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) Okres realizacji projektu od 01.08.2015 do 30.06.2016. Projekt ma charakter neutralny wobec zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju i w realizacji projektu będzie zastosowana zasada równości szans i niedyskryminacji bez względu na płeć, wiek, niepełnosprawność, rasę lub pochodzenie etniczne, wyznawaną religię lub światopogląd, orientację seksualną – sprawiedliwego, pełnego uczestnictwa we wszystkich dziedzinach życia na jednakowych zasadach W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania tj. staże na okres 6 miesięcy dla 42 osób, wypłata jednorazowych środków na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej dla 9 osób, wypłata środków dla pracodawców na wyposażenie , doposażenie miejsca pracy dla 31 osób. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby zamieszkujące powiat braniewski, należące do grupy osób powyżej 29 spełniający co najmniej jedno kryterium w/w. (Polish)
