Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia (tj. od dnia 30 urodzin), należące do jednej z następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w grupie pierwszej (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni – I profil pomocy) lub drugiej (tzw. wymagający wsparcia – II profil pomocy) oddalenia od rynku pracy. Dodatkowo osoby te muszą kwalifikować się co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii: • osoby długotrwale bezrobotne • osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, • osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, • kobiety, • osoby niskowykwalifikowane, tj. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W 2017 r. zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: • staże – 415 osób, • szkolenia – 90 osób, • jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 41 osób, • refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 145 osób, • prace interwencyjne – 31 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych ogółem 722 osoby. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej: • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej co najmniej 28%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla kobiet co najmniej 34%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami co najmniej 28 %, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych 25%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie) co najmniej 33%. Participants of the project will be unemployed persons over the age of 29 (i.e. from the 30th birthday) belonging to one of the following groups: unemployed persons who, in accordance with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions, are included in group one (so-called active unemployed – first aid profile) or second (so-called second aid profile) away from the labour market. In addition, they must qualify for at least one of the following categories: • long-term unemployed • people with disabilities, • people over 50 years of age, • women, • low-skilled people, i.e. low-skilled people. In 2017, the following forms of support were planned: • traineeships – 415 people, • training – 90 people, • one-off funds for starting a business (grants) – 41 people, • refunds of the cost of equipment or retrofitting of workplaces – 145 people, • intervention work – 31 people. A total of 722 people will be supported under the project. The project envisages the achievement of the following employment performance indicators: • the level of employment efficiency criterion for persons aged 50 years or more 28 % • the level of employment efficiency criterion for women at least 34 %, • the level of employment efficiency criterion for persons with disabilities at least 28 %, • the level of employment efficiency criterion for the long-term unemployed 25 %, • the level of employment efficiency criterion for low-skilled people (up to the level of ISCED 3 inclusive) at least 33 %.
