Celem głównym jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie iławskim w 2018 roku. W ramach projektu będą realizowane następujące zadania: Pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe dla wszystkich 185 uczestników projektu. Ponadto zostaną zorganizowane: - Prace interwencyjne (76 os.) - Dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej (38 os.) - Dotacje na doposażenie/wyposażenie stanowisk pracy (26 os.) - Szkolenia (45 os.), w tym 18 os. zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia, po których będą mogli uzyskać kwalifikacje- zakłada się, że 15 z nich takie kwalifikacje uzyska- (reszta, tj. 27 os. będzie miała szanse na uzyskanie kompetencji). Na wszystkich formach będzie 185 os., Grupa docelowa to os. bezrobotne (min. 104 K) zarejestrowane w PUP Iława, w wieku 30 lat i więcej i należące do jednej z grup: os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os. niepełnosprawne, os. pow. 50 r.ż., kobiety oraz os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Efekty: - liczba os. bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem- 185 - liczba os. długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem – 22 os. - liczba os. z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem- 7 os. - liczba os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem- 10 os. - liczba os. o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w programie- 53 os. - liczba os., które otrzymały bezzwrotne środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej- 38 Okres realizacji projektu:01.01.2018 r.-31.12.2018 r. The main objective is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed people aged 30 years and above in the Iław district in 2018. The project will carry out the following tasks: Job mediation or career guidance for all 185 participants in the project. In addition, the following will be organised: — Intervention work (76 people) – Grants for start-up of business (38 persons) – Grants for retrofitting/equipment of workstations (26 people) – Training (45 persons), including 18 people will be directed to training, after which they will be able to obtain qualifications – it is assumed that 15 of them will obtain such qualifications- (the rest, i.e. 27 people will have a chance of gaining competence). In all forms there will be 185 people, the target group is unemployed (min. 104 K) registered in Iława PUP, aged 30 years and over and belonging to one of the groups: long-term unemployed, disabled, pers. 50 years old, women and low-skilled people.
