Celem interwencji jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród os. bezrob. w wieku pow.29r.ż.(os. dł bezrob.,os z niepełnosprawnościami,os. pow. 50r.ż., os. o niskich kwalif.,kobiety).Okres realizacji projektu:01.01.2016r.-31.12.2016r.,rekrutacja uczestników do31.12.2016 r.Grupę docelową będą os.bezrob. w wieku pow.29r.ż.(tj.od dnia 30 urodzin)które zgodnie z ust. o prom. zatrud. i instyt. rynku pracy znajdują się w grupie pierwszej(tzw. bezrob. aktywni-I profil pomocy) lub drugiej (tzw. wymagający wsparcia–II profil pomocy oddalenia od rynku pracy,a dodatkowo kwalifikujące się co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii:os.dł. bezrob.,os. z niepełnosprawnoś.,pow. 50r.ż.,kobiety, os.niskowykwalif.(tj. os. o niskich kwalifikacjach).Wybór grupy docelowej jest zgodny z SZOOP RPOWiM2014-2020 i kryteriami merytorycznymi-specyficznymi obligatoryjnymi dla projektów pozakonkursowych na r.2016.Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem RPOWiM2014-2020 -Działania10.1.W ramach projektu zaktywizowanych zostanie 327os.bezrob.,należących do ww. grupy,wśród których 40,87% będą stanowiły os. dł.bezrobotne,3,37% os. z niepełnos.Wśród uczestników projektu znajdą się również os. o niskich kwalif.,os. pow.50r.ż. i kobiety.Planowany zakres wsparcia(zadania) to:staże dla136os.,szkolenia dla102os(indywidualne i grupowe) z tego 51os.ukończą szkol. zaw. a 16os uzyska kwali. do 4tyg od zakończenia udziału w projekcie, prace interw. dla30os.,dofin. na podjęcie dział. gosp. dla44os.,doposaż/wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla 15os.Uczestnicy projektu objęci będą również usługą pośred. pracy/poradnic. zaw.Udział w projekcie pozwoli uzyskać kwalif. zaw.,nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy przez wykonywanie zadań w miejscu pracy,bez nawiązywania stosunku pracy(staże),przez co zwiększy się szansę na znalezienie zatrudnienia.Dzięki pracom interwenc.,doposaz/wyposażeniu st.pracy i dofinan. na podjęcie dział.gosp.os.bezrob. stwarza się warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia.
