The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 in Gołdap County. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w powiecie gołdapskim. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: 1. poradnictwo zawodowe lub pośrednictwo pracy) - 176 osób (104K/72M), 2. staż trwający do 6 miesięcy - 131 osób, 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 13 osób, 4. refundacja kosztów wyposażenia stanowiska pracy - 10 osób, 6. prace interwencyjne - 22 osoby. Projekt jest skierowany do osób powyżej 29 lat, pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Gołdapi jako bezrobotne, z ustalonym I lub II profilem pomocy, a jednocześnie należących co najmniej do jednej grupy: - długotrwale bezrobotni (71 osób), - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (10 osób), - osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (47 osób), - kobiety (104 osoby), - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (101 osób). Głównymi rezultatami projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez: - 28% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 34% kobiet objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 28% osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 25% długotrwale bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu, - 33% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach objętych wsparciem w ramach projektu.
