Celem interwencji jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia wśród os. bezrob ,zarejestrowanych w UPPO(I i II profil) w wieku pow. 29rż(os dł bezrob,os. z niepełnosprawn,os. w wieku pow.50rż, os. o niskich kwalif,kobiety).Realizacjia projektu(w tym rekrutacji):01.01.2017r.-30.06.2018r.Grupa docelowa:wyłącznie os. bezrob. w wieku pow.29 rż(tj. od dnia 30 urodzin),należące do jednej z następujących grup:os bezrob., które zgodnie z ust o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w grupie pierwszej(tzw.bezrobotni aktywni–I profil pomocy) lub drugiej(tzw.wymagający wsparcia–II profil pomocy) oddalenia od rynku pracy,dodatkowo,os te muszą kwalifikować się co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii:os dł bezrob.,os z niepełnospraw.,os.pow. 50 r.ż., kobiety, os. niskowykwalif.(tj. os. o niskich kwalif.).Wybór grupy docelowej jest zgodny z SZOOP RPO WiM2014-2020 i kryteriami merytorycznymi-specyficznymi obligatoryjnymi dla projektów pozakonkursowych.Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem RPO WiM2014-2020 w zakresie Działania10.1.Zaktywizowanych zostanie 433os.w tym: os.:z niepełnosprawnościami, dł. bezrob., os. o niskich kwalif., os.pow.50r.ż. i kobiety.Planowane wsparcia(zadania) to:staże dla 223os.,szkolenia dla 80os.Spośród 80 uczestników szkoleń(kwalifikacyjne lub kompetencyjne) z tego 34os. ukończą szkolenia zawodowe,a 11 os. uzyska kwalifikacje do 4 tyg,dofinans. na podjęcie dział. gosp. dla 90os., doposażenie/wyposażenie stanow. pracy dla 41os.Uczestnicy objęci będą usługą pośrednictwa pracy lub poradnictwa zaw.Udział w projekcie pozwoli uzyskać kwalif. lub kompetencje, nabyć umiejętności praktyczne do wykonywania pracy -wykonywanie zadań w miejscu pracy, bez nawiązywania stosunku pracy(staże),co zwiększy szansę na znalezienie pracy.Dzięki dopos./wypos. st.pracy i dofinans. na podjęcie dział.gosp. os.bezrob. stwarza się warunki oraz pomoc w podjęciu zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia.Efektem projektu będą wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu-patrz 3.2.2.
