The project will support 236 people (137K and 99M) over 29 years of age qualified for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or II aid profile (so-called unemployed persons requiring support) within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions belonging to at least one of the groups, i.e.: long-term unemployed, women, disabled people, low-skilled people, people aged 50 and over. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation pre-validises his skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, such as career guidance, job intermediation, traineeships, individual and group training, one-off measures for opening up economic activity, intervention work. This means that each participant in whom the need for support is identified will be assisted in the form available under the project (support of not less than 2 forms of support set out in the Individual Action Plan). W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 236 osób (137K i 99M) powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia) w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia iinstytucjach rynku pracy, należących co najmniej do jednej z grup tj.: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzianaliza jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumentyrynku pracy takie jak poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, staże, szkolenia indywidualne i grupowe, jednorazowe środki na otwarciedziałalności gospodarczej, prace interwencyjne. Oznacza to, że każdy z uczestników u którego zostaną zidentyfikowane potrzeby objęcia wsparciem uzyska pomoc w formie dostępnej w ramach projektu (wsparcie nie mniej niż 2 formami wsparcia określonymi w Indywidualnym Planie Działania).
