This analysis will allow for an appropriate matching of the aid to meet the actual needs of the participant concerned. All participants will be included in labour market services: through work or professional guidance. The following forms of support are planned: 129 pers. will be sent for an internship, 72 people will receive funds for the start of the department. gossip, 10 people will be sent for intervention work, and 57 people will be directed to vocational training. In addition, additional support will be provided for reimbursement of the costs of childcare or dependent care and reimbursement of travel expenses. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.01.2018r. do 30.06.2019r., zakłada aktywizację 268 os. bezrob. (145 K i 123 M) powyżej 29 r.ż. W ramach projektu każdy z uczestników objęty zostanie kompleksowym wsparciem, uwzględniającym wszystkie formy wsparcia z uwzględnieniem profilu pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u danego uczestn. i określone w IPD, jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatr. i dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu. W projekcie realizowane będą usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Udzielenie kompleksowego wsparcia uczestnikom/czkom poprzedzone zostanie pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawod. danego uczestnika, poprzez opracowanie lub aktualizację IPD. Analiza ta pozwoli na odpowiednie dopasowanie pomocy, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika. Wszyscy uczestnicy objęci zostaną usługami rynku pracy: pośrednictwem pracy lub poradnictwem zawod. Planuje się objęcie uczestn. następującymi formami wsparcia: 129 os. skier. zostanie na staż, 72 os. otrzyma środki na rozpoczęcie dział. gosp., 10 os. skier. zostanie do prac interwencyjnych, a 57 os. zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia zawodowe. Ponadto dodatkowym wsparciem będzie zwrot kosztów opieki nad dzieckiem lub osobą zależną oraz zwrot kosztów przejazdu. Projekt realizowany jest zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w obszarze rynku pracy na lata 2014-2020.
