The Project’s material scope comprises two tasks: 1. Delivery of 10 new five-member electric traction units for carrying out voivodeship passenger transport services, 2. Modernisation of 5 electric traction units of type EN57 owned by the voivodship. Planned for purchase and modernisation of electric traction units will be operated by Koleje Wielkopolskie Sp. z o.o. (lease) on the following sections of railway lines currently operated by Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o.: • Line no 271 Poznań Główny- Rawicz – new rolling stock, • Line no 272 Poznań Główny – Jarocin – modernised rolling stock • Line no. 272 Poznań Główny- Ostrów Wielkopolski – modernised rolling stock, • Line No 272/281 Poznań Główny- Krotoszyn – modernised rolling stock. • Line no 351 Poznań – Krzyż – new rolling stock. With regard to the organisation of transport, including the construction of timetables and the circulating process guaranteeing the best possible use of the rolling stock, the rolling stock covered by the Project will also be used in other relations in the field of voivodeship rail transport (defined in accordance with the Act of 16 December 2010 on public transport). Project effects will be generated mainly on selected sections of railway lines. The purchased and modernised rolling stock will have parameters adapted to the characteristics of the railway lines on which it is intended to be used. Furthermore, the project (with regard to the basic technical parameters of rolling stock) will comply with applicable EU and national legislation. Product Indicators for the Project: • Number of units purchased (pieces) – 10 units. • Capacity of purchased passenger wagons (persons) total number of seats and standing in the traction unit – 5 300 persons • Number of modernised railway vehicles (pieces) – 5 pieces. • Capacity of modernised passenger cars (persons/total number of seats and standing in the traction unit – 1,500 persons).     Zakres rzeczowy Projektu obejmuje dwa zadania: 1. Dostawę 10 szt. nowych pięcioczłonowych elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych do wykonywania wojewódzkich kolejowych przewozów pasażerskich, 2. Modernizację 5 szt. elektrycznych zespołów trakcyjnych typu EN57 będących w posiadaniu województwa. Przewidywane do zakupu i modernizacji elektryczne zespoły trakcyjne będą eksploatowane przez Koleje Wielkopolskie Sp. z o.o. (dzierżawa) na następujących odcinkach linii kolejowych obsługiwanych aktualnie przez Przewozy Regionalne sp. z o.o.: • Linia nr 271 Poznań Główny– Rawicz - tabor nowy, • Linia nr 272 Poznań Główny – Jarocin - tabor modernizowany, • Linia nr 272 Poznań Główny– Ostrów Wielkopolski - tabor modernizowany, • Linia nr 272/281 Poznań Główny– Krotoszyn - tabor modernizowany. • Linia nr 351 Poznań – Krzyż - tabor nowy. Mając na względzie kwestie organizacji przewozów, w tym konstrukcje rozkładów jazdy oraz proces obiegowania gwarantujący jak najlepszy stopień wykorzystania taboru, tabor objęty Projektem będzie także wykorzystywany w innych relacjach z zakresu wojewódzkich przewozów kolejowych (definiowanych zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym). Efekty Projektu będą generowane głównie na wskazanych odcinkach linii kolejowych. Zakupiony i zmodernizowany tabor będzie posiadał parametry dostosowane do charakterystyki linii kolejowych, na których ma być docelowo użytkowany. Ponadto Projekt (w zakresie podstawowych parametrów technicznych taboru) będzie zgodny z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa unijnego i krajowego. Wskaźniki produktu dla Projektu: • Liczba zakupionych pojazdów kolejowych (szt.) - 10 szt. • Pojemność zakupionych wagonów osobowych (osoby) łączna liczba miejsc siedzących i stojących w zespole trakcyjnym - 5 300 osób • Liczba zmodernizowanych pojazdów kolejowych (szt.) - 5 szt. • Pojemność zmodernizowanych wagonów osobowych (osoby/łączna liczba miejsc siedzących i stojących w zespole trakcyjnym - 1 500 osób).
