The subject of the project is the revitalisation of the historic station infrastructure in Złotniki, the municipality of Suchy Las. The scope of the activities is the reconstruction and expansion of the railway station building in Złotniki. The building is owned by the municipality and is entered in the Municipal Register of Monuments. The building will change its function and will be designed for the needs of travellers, in the area of passenger waiting room, public library/readroom, the Municipal Guard, among others, protecting the station area. The main objective and purpose of revitalising the proposed project is to restore the functional function of the facility through its comprehensive modernisation, preserving its original architectural character and protecting the existing antique substance from further degradation. The scope of the works includes, among others:- demolition and renovation robots – 1 kpl.;- installation robots – 1 kpl;- works in the field of land development – 1 kpl;An additional aspect of the Project will be to undertake information actions in the framework of the project promotion, which will contribute to raising public awareness about the need for actions protecting the culture and history of the region, care for the environment, principles of functioning of the EU, as well as promotion of alternative means of communication. The material effect of the project will be a modernised railway station facility located directly next to the Poznań-Piła railway line. The project includes the performance of the role of Supervisory Officer – 1 pieces. According to the Rules of the Competition, expenditure on activities other than directly related to travellers’ traffic will be financed in the amount of 30 % of the eligible costs. Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja zabytkowej infrastruktury dworcowej w Złotnikach, gmina Suchy Las. W zakres podejmowanych działań wchodzi przebudowa i rozbudowa budynku dworca PKP w Złotnikach. Budynek jest własnością Gminy i jest wpisany do Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków. Budynek zmieni swoją funkcję i będzie przeznaczony na potrzeby podróżnych, w zakresie poczekalni dla pasażerów, ogólnodostępnej biblioteki/czytelni, Straży Gminnej m.in. ochraniającej teren dworca. Głównym założeniem i celem rewitalizacji wnioskowanego projektu, jest przywrócenie funkcji użytkowej obiektu poprzez jego kompleksową modernizację z zachowaniem pierwotnego charakteru architektonicznego i zabezpieczenie istniejącej substancji zabytkowej przed dalszą degradacją. W zakres prac wchodzi m.in.:- roboty rozbiórkowe i remontowe - 1 kpl.;- roboty instalacyjne - 1 kpl;- roboty w zakresie zagospodarowania terenu - 1 kpl;Dodatkowym aspektem Projektu będzie podjęcie działań informacyjnych w ramach promocji projektu, co ma przyczynić się do podniesienia społecznej świadomości nt. konieczności działań chroniących kulturę i historię regionu, dbałości o środowisko naturalne, zasad funkcjonowania UE, jak również promowanie alternatywnych sposobów komunikacji. Efektem rzeczowym projektu będzie zmodernizowany obiekt dworca PKP położony bezpośrednio przy linii kolejowej Poznań-Piła. Projekt obejmuje pełnienie funkcji inspektora nadzoru - 1 szt. Zgodnie z Regulaminem Konkursu wydatki na działalność inną niż bezpośrednio związane z ruchem podróżnych zostaną sfinansowane w wysokości 30 % kosztów kwalifikowanych. Koszty niekwalifikowane wydatkowane na utworzenie m.in. biblioteki/czytelni i pomieszczeń dla Straży Gminnej zostaną sfinansowane z budżetu gminy. (Polish)
