The above-mentioned road section provides a convenient connection for residents of Czerniejewo commune to the junction of Czerniejewo expressway S5, and from there to the A-2 motorway and the agglomeration of Poznań, Warsaw, Łódź, Wrocław, Kalisko-Ostrowska agglomeration, Upper Silesia and Krakow, eventually towards Bydgoszcz and Gdańsk – with the exception of Mr. Gniezno, where there are numerous difficulties. DP No. 2483P also facilitates access from the Poznań Agglomeration to tourist and recreational areas in Gniezno County (e.g. Powidzki Landscape Park, recreation centre in Skorzęcin). The safety and comfort of the road will increase, and the technical parameters will improve.The following material effects are expected to be achieved in 2018-1. Key indicators: ? W ramach projektu p.n. "Przebudowa Etap I – drogi powiatowej 2483P Wierzyce Czerniejewo" od IV kw. 2017 r. do IV kw. 2018 planowana jest przebudowa drogi nr 2483P na odcinku od granicy z pow. poznańskim w m. Wierzyce poprzez węzeł Czerniejewo drogi ekspresowej S5 do skrzyżowania z drogą 2152P w m. Czerniejewo (ul. Pałacowa). Ww. odcinek drogowy stanowi dogodne połączenie dla mieszkańców gminy Czerniejewo do węzła Czerniejewo drogi ekspresowej S5, a stamtąd do autostrady A-2 i aglomeracji m. Poznania, Warszawy, Łodzi, Wrocławia, aglomeracji Kalisko-Ostrowskiej, Górnego Śląska i Krakowa, docelowo w stronę Bydgoszczy i Gdańska - z pominięciem m. Gniezna, gdzie występują liczne utrudnienia. DP nr 2483P ułatwia także dojazd z Aglomeracji Poznańskiej do terenów turystycznych i rekreacyjnych w powiecie gnieźnieńskim (m.in. Powidzki Park Krajobrazowy, ośrodek wypoczynkowy w Skorzęcinie). Wzrośnie bezpieczeństwo i komfort użytkowania drogi, a parametry techniczne poprawią się.Zakłada się osiągnięcie roku 2018 następujących efektów rzeczowych – 1. Wskaźniki kluczowe: ? Długość przebudowanych dróg powiatowych – 7,990 km; ? Długość wspartej infrastruktury rowerowej – 7,777 km; 2. Wskaźniki specyficzne dla projektu: ?
