The project assumes the implementation of the applicant’s strategy of entering the Czech, Slovak and Romanian markets in accordance with the strategy developed as part of the competition of the National Centre for Research and Development GL_GLOBAL.PL. Therefore, the applicant shall apply for support for the internalisation of its activities in the form of grants, which shall be complemented by private investments in the form of a financial own contribution. The project is divided into the following stages:ETAP 1 – adjusting its image of the target marketsThe applicant will contract specialised advisory services to indicate how to adjust his image to the situation prevailing on the target markets. Step 2 – identification and cooperation with local business partnersWith tailored information materials, the applicant will commission an advisory firm to identify the entities that may act as local intermediary partners in the first contact with customers on the target markets.ETAP 3 – visits of the target countriesWith already acquired local partners, the applicant will organise 3 business missions to the target countries to contact their target group from the library industry. Step 4 – presentation of its potential After the visit to the destination countries, the applicant intends to organise 3 economic missions with the entrepreneur – one of each of the target countries. They will be attended by representatives of previously visited entities. In this way he wants to show his investment in order to show his potential and Wielkopolski. (English)
