The project will consist of professionalisation of IOB services through the implementation of specialised advisory services for permanent staff of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce (TIG). Early Warning System – for companies in terms of their support in crisis situations, resulting, among others, from the possibilities provided by the Restructuring Law, which entered into force on 1.01.16 and amended since 1.01.16, the Insolvency Law, a service not provided for in the region). 2.Project management – do so from the PRINCE2® project management methodology.3.Public aid – The essence of services in this area is to provide support to incubated companies on the subject of state aid – young companies have many opportunities to benefit from various grants, grants, loans on preferential terms, which constitute state aid/de minimis. 4.Acquiring capital and investors – supporting incubated and not only companies in raising capital and investors.5.Investor services – providing support to incubated companies on issues related to investor support.6.Product export – Comprehensive advisory service supporting companies interested in the development of the company through export.7. Projekt polegać będzie na profesjonalizacji usług IOB poprzez realizację specjalistycznych usług doradczych dla pracowników etatowych Tureckiej Izby Gospodarczej (TIG). Wiedza uzyskana w ramach świadczonych usług doradczych pozwoli TIG świadczyć komercyjnie nowe specjalis. usługi doradcze na rzecz gł. nowo powstających/inkubowanych przedsiębiorców mikro i małych w szczeg. z terenu powiatu tureckiego oraz kolskiego. W wyniku realizacji projektu TIG wprowadzi realizację 8 nowych i 1 ulepszonych usług doradczych nie świadczonych dotychczas na terenie powiatu tureckiego ani kolskiego w zakresie: 1.Systemu wczesnego ostrzegania - dor. dla firm w zakresie ich wsparcia w sytuacja kryzysowych, wynikająca m.in. z możliwości jakie daje ustawa Prawo Restrukturyzacyjne, która weszła w życie 1.01.16r. oraz zmieniona od 1.01.16r. ustawa Prawo Upadłościowe, usługa nie realizowana dot. w regionie). 2.Zarządzanie projektami - dora. z metodyki zarządzania projektami wg założeń PRINCE2®.3.Pomocy publicznej - Istotą usług dor. w tym obszarze jest zapewnienie wsparcia inkubowanym firmom w tematyce pomocy publicznej – młode firmy mają wiele możliwości skorzyst. z różnych dofinansowań, dotacji, kredytów/pożyczek na preferencyjnych warunkach, które stanowią pomoc publiczną/de minimis. 4.Pozyskiwania kapitału i inwestorów - wsparcia inkubowanych i nie tylko firm w pozyskiwaniu kapitału i inwestorów.5.Obsługi inwestora - zapewnienie wsparcia gł. inkubowanym firmom w tematyce związanej z obsługą inwestora.6.Eksportu produktów - Kompleksowa usł. doradcza wspierająca przedsiębiorstwa zainteresowane rozwojem firmy poprzez eksport.7.
