Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój potencjału i poprawa jakości specjalistycznych usług LCB na rzecz inkubacji przedsiębiorstw, w tym dla regionalnych specjalizacji. Usługi doradcze, pozwolą na wprowadzenie 8 zaawansowanych usług (nowych/ulepszonych) świadczonych przez IOB - Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości w postaci pakietów usług: audyt potrzeb firmy na starcie, marketing, twoja firma w internecie/sieci, prawo i podatki w firmie, ochrona środowiska w MSP, eksport, innowacje i transfer technologii, ochrona własności intelektualnej. Każdy pakiet obejmie: narzędzie umożliwiające świadczenie usługi; pilotażowe wdrożenie usługi przez pracownika inkubatora przy asyście podmiotu doradczego, służące ewent. modyfikacji narzędzia oraz jego ostat. zatwierdzeniu; przygotowanie treści szkolenia uzupełniającego dany pakiet na platformie e-learningowej; stworzenie bazy wiedzy do świadczenia danej usługi wraz z systemem jej aktual.Usługa doradcza w zakresie rozwoju potencjału LCB obejmie: audyt kompetencji: rozmowy z pracownikami i warsztat – jak rozmawiać z przedsiębiorcą/ potencjalnym przedsiębiorcą, stworzenie matrycy kompetencji – określenie potrzeb i kierunków rozwoju pracowników, identyfikację obszarów specjalizacji dla danego pracownika i doradztwo w zakresie ich rozwoju. Wykonane zostaną następujące analizy i badania:• Analiza działalności marketingowej LCB, w tym strony www Inkubatora Przedsięb. w Lesznie oraz platformy e-learningowej wraz z propozycją działań promocyjnych w zakresie sprzedaży pakietów usług. • Badanie opinii uczniów szkół ponadgimnazjalnych i studentów szkół wyższych w Lesznie w zakresie chęci otwierania działalności gospodarczej• Badanie fokusowe 20 osób w dwóch grupach, które założyły w Lesznie firmę i prowadzą ją z sukcesem od 6 miesięcy do max. 5 lat. W 2017 r. w wyniku real. proj. 1 przedsiębiorstwo otrzyma wsparcie i dotację, 1 IOB zostanie wsparta w zakresie prof. usług, a inwestycje prywatne uzup. wsparcie publ. dla przeds. wyniosą 117 002,00 zł (Polish)

	The project aims at developing the capacity and quality of the specialised LCB service for business incubation, including regional specialisation. Advisory services will allow the introduction of 8 advanced services (new/improved services) by business environment institutions — Business Incubators in the form of bundles of services: business needs audit, marketing, your company online/networks, company law and taxes, environmental protection in SMEs, exports, innovation and technology transfer, protection of intellectual property. Each package will include: service delivery tool; pilot implementation of a service by an incubator employee with the assistance of an advisory body, with the presence of a modification of the tool and its final approval; preparing the content of the training content of the complementary training package in an e-learning platform; the creation of a knowledge base for the provision of a given service together with the system for the provision of such a service. the advisory capacity of the LCB will include: audit of competences: interviews with workers and a workshop — to discuss with a trader/potential entrepreneur, to create a competence matrix — to identify the needs and directions for staff development, to identify the areas of specialisation of the individual and to advise on their development. The following studies and studies will be carried out:• Analysis of the marketing activity of LCB, including the website Inszator of the LCB and an e-learning platform, together with a proposal for promotional measures for the sale of packages of services. • Study on the views of students of upper secondary education and higher education students in Leszno, in terms of opening up a business• Consider the focus of 20 people in two groups that set up a company in Leszno and successfully run it from 6 months to max. 5 years. In 2017, as a result of the action, proj. 1 the company will receive the support and grant, 1 business environment institutions will be supported in the case of Professor Services, and private investment in favour of pul will be PLN 117 002,00 for the forepage.
